<p>Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre dispositif d’accompagnement des entreprises opérant dans le secteur de la promotion immobilière, nous recrutons un(e) <strong>Responsable Conseil et Restructuration</strong> au sein du Pôle Recouvrement et Financement.</p><br>
<p><strong>Votre mission</strong></p><br>
<p>Vous serez chargé(e) d’accompagner les entreprises, opérant dans le secteur de la promotion immobilière, confrontées à des difficultés financières en réalisant des diagnostics approfondis, en élaborant des solutions de restructuration adaptées et en assurant leur mise en œuvre et leur suivi. Votre objectif sera de contribuer à la pérennité des entreprises accompagnées tout en préservant les intérêts de la banque et en améliorant le profil de risque du portefeuille géré.</p><br>

<li>Réaliser des diagnostics globaux de la situation financière des entreprises.</li>

<li>Coordonner les échanges avec les partenaires externes : experts, avocats, organismes de garantie et autres intervenants.</li>
