Issue Resolution Proactively identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the invoice processing workflow Verification and Approval Verify the accuracy of invoice information, obtain necessary approvals, and ensure all required documentation is attached before processing Monitor and decrease GRNI Balances Compliance & Collaboration Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and relevant regulation Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and implement necessary adjustments. Déclarations fiscales et conformité • Superviser et garantir la production de l'ensemble des déclarations fiscales du Groupe et de ses filiales (IS, TVA, IR, droits d'enregistrement, taxes locales, cotisations diverses). • Assurer le respect des délais légaux de déclaration et de paiement pour l'ensemble des entités du périmètre. • Veiller à la cohérence et à la fiabilité des liasses fiscales en coordination avec les équipes comptables de chaque filiale. • Assurer la conformité fiscale des filiales opérant dans des secteurs à réglementation spécifique (activités pétrolières, agricoles, halieutiques). 2. Conseil fiscal et accompagnement de la Direction Générale • Conseiller la Direction Générale et le Directeur Financier sur l'ensemble des sujets fiscaux stratégiques et opérationnels. • Anticiper l'impact fiscal des décisions de gestion, des opérations de restructuration, d'investissement ou de croissance externe. • Accompagner les filiales dans l'analyse fiscale de leurs opérations spécifiques (import/export, régimes douaniers, exonérations sectorielles). • Produire des notes d'analyse et de synthèse à destination de la Direction Générale sur les évolutions réglementaires et leurs impacts. 3. Veille réglementaire et gestion des risques fiscaux • Assurer une veille active sur l'évolution de la législation fiscale marocaine et des conventions fiscales internationales applicables. • Identifier, évaluer et prévenir les risques fiscaux au sein des différentes filiales du Groupe. • Mettre en place et actualiser les procédures et outils de contrôle fiscal interne. 4. Gestion des contrôles et contentieux fiscaux • Piloter la préparation et le suivi des contrôles fiscaux menés par l'administration au sein des différentes entités du Groupe. • Gérer les réponses aux notifications, les procédures de recours et les négociations avec l'administration fiscale. • Coordonner, si nécessaire, l'intervention de conseils externes (avocats fiscalistes, experts-comptables) sur les dossiers complexes. 5. Optimisation fiscale et pilotage transverse • Identifier les leviers d'optimisation fiscale légale applicables aux différentes activités du Groupe. • Participer à la structuration fiscale des opérations intragroupe (prix de transfert, flux intragroupe, holding). • Assurer un reporting régulier à la Direction Financière sur la situation fiscale consolidée du Groupe. • Former et sensibiliser les équipes financières des filiales aux problématiques fiscales courantes. • Diplôme Bac+5 : ISCAE, ENCG, ou équivalent universitaire (Finance, Fiscalité, Comptabilité, Gestion). • Expérience confirmée d'au moins 16 ans dans une fonction fiscale, acquise en cabinet d'audit/conseil et/ou en entreprise, idéalement au sein d'un groupe multi-activités ou multi-filiales. • Excellente maîtrise de la fiscalité marocaine (Code Général des Impôts, procédures fiscales, contentieux) et, idéalement, des spécificités fiscales des secteurs pétrolier, retail, agricole et de la pêche. • Expérience avérée dans la gestion de contrôles fiscaux et de contentieux avec l'administration. • Bonne connaissance des problématiques de prix de transfert et de fiscalité des groupes. • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement multi-sectoriel exigeant, avec des interlocuteurs variés (Direction Générale, Directions Financières filiales, administration, conseils externes). • Excellentes capacités de synthèse, de communication et de pédagogie pour vulgariser des sujets techniques auprès de non-spécialistes. • Rigueur, sens de la confidentialité et forte autonomie. </div>

<h2 class="h5">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> 1. الإقرارات الضريبية والامتثال • الإشراف وضمان إنتاج جميع الإقرارات الضريبية للمجموعة وفروعها (الضريبة على الدخل، TVA/ضريبة القيمة المضافة، IR، رسوم التسجيل، الضرائب المحلية، اشتراكات مختلفة). • ضمان الالتزام بمواعيد الإبلاغ والدفع القانونية لجميع الكيانات ضمن النطاق. • ضمان الاتساق وموثوقية الحزم الضريبية بالتنسيق مع فرق المحاسبة في كل فرع. • ضمان الالتزام الضريبي للفروع التي تعمل في قطاعات ذات تنظيم خاص (الأنشطة النفطية، الزراعية، السمكية). 2. النصيحة الضريبية ومرافقة الإدارة العامة • تقديم المشورة للإدارة العامة والمدير المالي في جميع المسائل الضريبية الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية. • التنبؤ بالأثر الضريبي لقرارات الإدارة، عمليات إعادة الهيكلة، الاستثمار أو النمو الخارجي. • مرافقة الفروع في التحليل الضريبي لعملياتها المحددة (الاستيراد/التصدير، أنظمة الجمارك، الإعفاءات القطاعية). • إنتاج ملاحظات تحليلية وملخصات تُقدم للإدارة العامة حول التطورات التنظيمية وتأثيراتها. 3. المراقبة التنظيمية وإدارة المخاطر الضريبية • الحفاظ على متابعة نشطة لتطور التشريع الضريبي المغربي والاتفاقيات الضريبية الدولية المعمول بها. • تحديد وتقييم ومنع المخاطر الضريبية داخل الفروع المختلفة للمجموعة. • وضع وتحديث الإجراءات وأدوات الرقابة الضريبية الداخلية. 4. إدارة الرقابات والطعون الضريبية • قيادة إعداد ومتابعة الرقابات الضريبية التي تقوم بها الإدارة في الكيانات المختلفة للمجموعة. • إدارة الردود على الإشعارات وإجراءات الطعن والتفاوض مع الإدارة الضريبية. • التنسيق، عند الضرورة، مع تدخل المستشارين الخارجيين (محامون ضريبيون، محاسبون قانونيون) في الملفات المعقدة. 5. التحسين الضريبي وقيادة عمليات عابرة للقسم • تحديد محاور التحسين الضريبي القانوني القابلة للتطبيق على الأنشطة المختلفة للمجموعة. • المشاركة في هيكلة العمليات بين المجموعة (أسعار التعرّف، التدفقات بين grupp، الاحتفاظ بالشركات القابضة). • تقديم تقارير منتظمة للإدارة المالية عن الوضع الضريبي الموحد للمجموعة. • تدريب وتوعية فرق التمويل في الفروع بالقضايا الضريبية الشائعة. • درجة Bac+5: ISCAE، ENCG، أو ما يعادلها في التخصصات الجامعية (المالية، الضرائب، المحاسبة، الإدارة). • خبرة مثبتة لا تقل عن 16 عامًا في وظيفة ضريبية، مكتسبة في مكتب تدقيق/استشارات و/أو في شركة، ويفضل ضمن مجموعة متعددة الأنشطة أو متعددة الفروع. • إجادة ممتازة للضريبة المغربية (قانون الضرائب العامة، إجراءات الضرائب، النزاعات) ويفضل خصوصيات الضرائب في قطاعات النفط، التجزئة (التجزئة)، الزراعة والصيد البحري. • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة الرقابات والطعون مع الإدارة. • معرفة جيدة بمواضيع تسعير الانتقال وضرائب مجموعات الشركات. • قدرة على العمل في بيئة متعددة القطاعات تطلبية، مع جهات اتصال متنوعة (الإدارة العامة، إدارات الشركات الفرعية المالية، الإدارة، المستشارون الخارجيون). • قدرات عالية في الإيجاز والتواصل والتلقين لتبسيط المواضيع الفنية لغير المتخصصين. • الدقة، حفظ السرية واستقلالية كبيرة. </div>

<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> Job : Internal Audit Manager (M/F) Management of the internal audit system: • Develop the annual internal audit plan based on a risk-based approach; • Submit the internal audit plan to the Audit and Risk Committee for approval; • Schedule, lead, and conduct internal audit missions; • Perform analysis, interviews, document review, and testing; • Identify discrepancies, shortcomings, irregularities, or malfunctions observed; • Formulate recommendations and draft preliminary and final audit reports, and present them to the relevant departments and governance bodies; • Monitor the implementation of action plans resulting from internal audit missions. Internal control • Evaluate the effectiveness, regularity, and reliability of the internal control system; • Verify that controls are regular, effective, reliable, and cover all company processes; • Assess the reliability of financial, accounting, operational, and management information; • Identify and report irregularities or inaccuracies found during controls or checks; • Periodically report on the various missions carried out in the "State of Internal Control"; • Implement mechanisms to prevent and detect situations of fraud, corruption, or ethical breaches, in coordination with competent functions, and conduct necessary investigations; • Issue any useful recommendations to strengthen internal control, the reliability of financial information, and the management of related risks. Risk management • Lead and coordinate, with relevant functions, the process of identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing identified risks; • Establish and update the risk map and ensure its consistency with changes in the company's activities and environment; • Ensure alignment between the risk map, the annual audit plan, and the priorities of the internal control system; • Evaluate the relevance of risk management systems implemented by operational departments; • Provide periodic reporting to General Management and the Audit and Risk Committee on major identified risks, and propose risk mitigation plans. Management of relations with governance bodies • Prepare documents submitted to the Audit and Risk Committee; • Provide secretarial services for Audit and Risk Committee meetings in compliance with the provisions of the committee's charter. • Monitor the implementation of recommendations from CAR work, internal and external audit reports, and other control bodies. • Draft the terms of reference for tenders related to external audit missions.   Required profile : A Master's degree (Bac+5) in Audit and Risks, Management Control, or equivalent, with 6 to a maximum of 12 years of experience in a similar role within a leading audit firm, an internal audit department, or an internal control function. Excellent command of internal audit standards and methodologies, risk management, and regulatory control/compliance processes; Knowledge of public procurement code and procedures; Proficiency in IT tools (office software and database management like Access). Behaviorally, we are looking for a rigorous and organized person with good analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisions. Clear and effective communication, strong team spirit, and a well-developed sense of initiative and proactivity are also essential for success in this role.   </div>

<h2 class="h5">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> الوصف الوظيفي : مدير التدقيق الداخلي (ذكر/أنثى) إدارة نظام التدقيق الداخلي: • وضع الخطة السنوية للتدقيق الداخلي اعتماداً على نهج قائم على المخاطر؛ • تقديم الخطة التدقيقية الداخلية إلى لجنة التدقيق والمخاطر للموافقة عليها؛ • جدولة القيادات، وقيادة وتنفيذ مهام التدقيق الداخلي؛ • إجراء التحليل والمقابلات ومراجعة الوثائق والاختبار؛ • تحديد الفوارق والنقائص والشذوذ أو الأعطال المُلاحظة؛ • صياغة التوصيات وصياغة تقارير التدقيق الأولية والنهائية، وتقديمها إلى الأقسام المعنية والهيئات الحوكمة؛ • متابعة تنفيذ خطط العمل الناتجة عن مهام التدقيق الداخلي. الرقابة الداخلية • تقييم فعالية ونزاهة وموثوقية نظام الرقابة الداخلية؛ • التحقق من أن الضوابط منتظمة وفعالة وموثوقة وتشمل جميع عمليات الشركة؛ • تقييم موثوقية المعلومات المالية والمحاسبية والتشغيلية والإدارية؛ • تحديد الإشارات غير النظامية أو غير الدقيقة التي تُكتشف أثناء الرقابة أو الفحوصات؛ • إبلاغ بشكل دوري عن مختلف المهام المنفذة في "حالة الرقابة الداخلية"؛ • تنفيذ آليات لمنع والكشف عن حالات الاحتيال أو الفساد أو الانتهاكات الأخلاقية، بالتنسيق مع الوظائف المختصة، وإجراء التحقيقات اللازمة؛ • إصدار أية توصيات مفيدة لتعزيز الرقابة الداخلية وموثوقية المعلومات المالية وإدارة المخاطر المرتبطة بها. إدارة المخاطر • قيادة وتنسيق، مع الوظائف المعنية، عملية تحديد وتقييم وتحديد الأولويات للمخاطر التي تم تحديدها؛ • إنشاء وتحديث خريطة المخاطر وضمان اتساقها مع تغيّرات أنشطة الشركة وبيئتها؛ • ضمان التوافق بين خريطة المخاطر وخطة التدقيق السنوية وأولويات نظام الرقابة الداخلية؛ • تقييم مدى ملاءمة أنظمة إدارة المخاطر التي نفذتها الأقسام التشغيلية؛ • تقديم تقارير دورية إلى الإدارة العامة ولجنة التدقيق والمخاطر حول المخاطر الكبرى المحددة، واقتراح خطط التخفيف من المخاطر. إدارة العلاقات مع الهيئات الحاكمة • إعداد المستندات المقدمة إلى لجنة التدقيق والمخاطر؛ • تقديم خدمات أمانة للاجتماعات الخاصة بلجنة التدقيق والمخاطر بما يتوافق مع أحكام ميثاق اللجنة. • متابعة تنفيذ التوصيات الناتجة عن أعمال CAR وتقارير التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي وغيرها من هيئات الرقابة. • صياغة شروط الإسناد للمناقصات المتعلقة بمهام التدقيق الخارجي.   الملف المطلوب : درجة الماجستير ( Bac+5) في التدقيق والمخاطر، المراقبة الإدارية، أو ما يعادلها، مع خبرة من 6 إلى أقصى 12 عامًا في دور مماثل ضمن شركة تدقيق رائدة، أو قسم تدقيق داخلي، أو وظيفة الرقابة الداخلية. إتقان معايير وأساليب التدقيق الداخلي، وإدارة المخاطر، وعمليات الرقابة/الامتثال التنظيمي؛ الإلمام بقانون وإجراءات المشتريات العامة؛ إجادة أدوات تكنولوجيا المعلومات (برامج Office وإدارة قواعد البيانات مثل Access). سلوكياً، نبحث عن شخص صارم ومنظم ولديه مهارات تحليلية جيدة والقدرة على اتخاذ قرارات سليمة. التواصل الواضح والفعال، وروح الفريق القوية، وحس المبادرة والاستباقية المتطوران ضروريان للنجاح في هذا الدور.
