The team drives business growth by supporting those that enable making and accepting payments to scale exponentially and drive a differentiated product suite. Additionally, the team supports partners with insights, operational guidance, and Mastercard product adoption to accelerate market development.</p><p>Role specification The person will be responsible for driving partnerships and commercialization for our MCDS segment in our Africa Division. As an Business Development Manager within Mastercard s MCDS team, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and growing relationships with key customers. You will play a central role in driving the performance of Mastercard s payment ecosystem by supporting partners business objectives, optimizing acceptance, and ensuring the delivery of Mastercard s products, solutions, and value-added services. <p>The Night Auditor ensures the continuity of hotel operations during the night. He/She is responsible for daily financial closing, smooth running of reception operations, establishment security and adherence to Fairmont / Accor standards.</p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Audit and Financial Closing</strong></p><ul><li>Control daily transactions and cash receipts.</li><li>Perform daily closing and correct any discrepancies.</li><li>Prepare daily financial reports.</li></ul><p><strong>Reception Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Handle night check-ins and check-outs.</li><li>Respond to guest requests and manage last-minute reservations.</li><li>Update room status.</li></ul><p><strong>Security, Monitoring and Quality of Service</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure the safety of guests, Heartists, and property.</li><li>Report any incidents and ensure handover to the day team.</li><li>Provide service in accordance with Fairmont / Accor standards.</li><li>Promote hotel services and contribute to guest satisfaction.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Proven experience in night auditing, ideally in a luxury hotel establishment.</p><p>Proficiency in hotel systems (Opera PMS, Micros, payment systems).</p><p>Knowledge of accounting principles and cash management.</p><p>Excellent proficiency in Excel and office tools.</p><p>Good command of French and English.</p><p>Rigor, attention to detail, and professional integrity.</p><p>Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.</p><p>Analytical mind and ability to solve problems quickly.</p><p>Autonomy and reliability in managing night responsibilities.</p><p>Discretion, confidentiality, and team spirit.</p>
