<p>In the context of this role, your main responsibilities will include: Preparation, facilitation, and review of PEPP meetings. Sorting of topics (via Altis or other) for planning and distribution of planned meeting agendas. Planning and facilitation of PEPP review. Distribution of final agendas at least J-2, along with information on PEPP effectiveness indicators on Docinfo. Facilitation of the PEPP meeting and distribution of the minutes within J+2 at the latest (with updates in the project database if existing). Monitoring of postponed or deviated topics. Identification of topics not replanned/updated and distribution of a CR alert to project/VS contacts and solution pilots, along with reporting/cancellation of pending cases. Information on monthly PEPP effectiveness indicators (on-time topic preparation rate / adherence to DEV forecasts and Offi/Indus passage dates) and distribution of a quarterly summary with analysis and recommendations for improving the RPP and the PEPP reference.
