<p>This role offers substantial scope to lead Africa Specialty Risks first line of defence Underwriting Portfolio Management function and to play a key role in Underwriting Portfolio Management workstream. The Underwriting portfolio analyst will have a dedicated focus on guiding and informing underwriting portfolio decisions through detailed performance analysis, portfolio optimisation and forward-looking insight.</p>

<p>A key responsibility of the role will be to manage and maintain the underwriting reporting suite, ensuring that portfolio performance is regularly monitored, analysed and communicated to relevant stakeholders. <br> Job : <p><strong>MISSION:</strong></p><br><br><p>- Lead the definition, structuring, industrialization, and evolution of ICT solutions within the scope of the role, ensuring their technological consistency, operational feasibility, and economic performance.<br>- Be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of solutions (design, standardization, industrialization, evolution, retirement), ensuring their alignment with the ICT technological roadmap, regulatory requirements, and market needs.<br>- Own the Product within the ICT Department and act as the interface with technical and business stakeholders.</p><br><br><p><strong>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><br><br><p>- Lead the lifecycle of cybersecurity solutions (design, evolution, industrialization).<br>- Define and monitor the product roadmap.<br>- Ensure the technical, operational, and economic consistency of the offerings.<br>- Coordinate technical, business, and partner teams.<br>- Guarantee the alignment of solutions with market needs and regulatory requirements.<br> </p><br><br> <br> Required profile : <p><strong>Education:</strong></p><br><br><p>- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Cybersecurity, IT, Networks, Telecommunications, or Information Systems.<br>- Engineering degree or specialized Master's.</p><br><br><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><br><br><p>- Experience in managing cybersecurity products or solutions.<br>- Experience in ICT, IT, or Telecom environments.<br>- Experience in managing a portfolio of offerings and cross-functional coordination.<br>- Good understanding of security, compliance, and governance issues.</p><br><br> <br><br> </div>
