<span>About the Role MyOutDesk is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer / AI Automation Specialist to join our team in driving innovative automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows.<br> This role is designed for a proactive, analytical thinker with a strong understanding of AI tools and automation technologies.<br> As an AI Automation Specialist, you will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging AI to automate repetitive tasks, improve service delivery, and enhance client experiences.<br> Your expertise will help us scale operations effectively while delivering exceptional value to our clients.<br> This position is fully remote and requires you to be available during U.<br>S. business hours .<br> Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain automation workflows using AI tools and platforms such as n8n , Zapier , Microsoft Power Automate , or similar technologies.<br> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.<br> Assist with the implementation of AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and data management.<br> Monitor and optimize existing automation systems to ensure sustained performance and efficacy.<br> Prepare documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for users.<br> Provide user training and support for AI tools and automation processes.<br> Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in AI and automation technologies.<br> What We’re Looking For Must-Have Qualifications 3+ years of experience in automation, AI solutions, or relevant fields.<br> Experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar).<br> Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of business processes.<br> Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.<br> Ability to work effectively during standard U.<br>S. business hours.<br> Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.<br> Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.<br> Strong Plus Previous experience in a remote working environment.<br> Familiarity with AI tools like machine learning platforms, chatbots, or data analytics systems.<br> Experience with project management methodologies.<br> Monthly Compensation: $3,000 – $5,000 USD , depending on experience and qualifications Fully Remote Role: Work from anywhere with reliable, high-speed fiber optic internet U.<br>S.
