photo evidence for critical jobs (before/after, torque marking, damaged parts, oil leaks, corrosion, water ingress).</p><p>Condition monitoring sampling support when assigned (oil samples, wear Collection / Auxiliaries)</p><p>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for BoP equipment as assigned (MV/LV auxiliaries, earthing, lighting, small power, HVAC in control rooms, auxiliary transformers, etc.).</p><p>Assist/participate in high-voltage maintenance activities as authorized (switching support, inspections, basic checks) and always under applicable rules and permits.</p><p>Documentation & Reporting</p><p>Complete all required paperwork and system entries accurately and on time: Work orders, checklists, reports, test results, PTWs, and maintenance Manage procurement process.
Daily execution of the procurement process related to serial materials supply under your portfolio
<br>
Follow up and take action to ensure coverage of Raw Materials as per Plant´s Production Plan.
Attend production plan by bringing Raw Materials on time according to current stock policy.
<br>
Raise and manage alerts when needed.
Understand and manage risks to minimize impact on production line. Raise information to management in order to avoid line stoppages/impact at Customers.
<br>
Release Forecasts and Firm Orders to Suppliers.
Sending weekly Orders and forecast to Suppliers in order to share furthers demands with them.
<br>
Keep detailed records on procurement activity, materials quantity, specifications etc
Make traceability for the weekly demands/coverage. Assure correct parameters in ERP system.
<br>
Control inventory levels and ensure availability of material during emergencies.
Track trough the properly tools (Coverage table, exception message & etc) correct level of stock face to requirements. Make happen property escalation due to critical/emergency components.
<br>
Manage Logistics Claims with Supplier.
Follow up GQRS treatment in order to recover potential losses due to Supplier´s responsibility.
<br>
Manage relation between Supplier and internal stakeholders.
Act as the interface between Suppliers and internl stakeholders (Operations, Quality, Financial etc)
<br>
Support in new/end of projects phases.
Execute or support in the procurement activities regarding start/end of projects

<p><strong><span>Qualifications:</span></strong></p><br>

<li>Bac +2 / Bac +3 diploma in IT, Computer Networks, Systems Administration, or equivalent.</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, network support, or industrial IT environment.</li>
<li>Good knowledge of networking basics: LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching.</li>
<li>Experience with network equipment such as switches, routers, access points, and firewalls.</li>

<li>Ability to document technical actions, update network diagrams, and follow IT procedures.</li>
<li>Experience using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms is a plus.</li>

<li>Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment such as desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.</li>

<li>Manage and resolve IT support tickets within SLA deadlines, escalating issues when required.</li>
<li>Ensure quick first-response support for production-impacting incidents.</li>
<li>Monitor the status of IT systems, computers, printers, and network equipment.</li>
<li>Support network connectivity troubleshooting: LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN-related issues.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with Yazaki IT standards, security rules, and plant procedures.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, and other departments for issue resolution.</li>

Facilitate all aspects of internal Four Seasons Resort Meeting Program under the guidance of the Catering Manager . Maintain the various Catering file systems, both electronic and paper, including Account Files, Program Evaluation Database, Master binders for Banquet Event Orders and Resumes. Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers. Periodically assist with front of house operations including greeting and directing guests, manning hospitality desks, and working with Banquets on quick sets or teardowns.</p></div></section>
