Join a high-level technical team within one of Kronospan Group's factories in Morocco. As a Technical Laboratory Coordinator, you are at the heart of process development and continuous improvement of production performance: increasing rates, reducing costs, minimizing losses.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Ensure continuous monitoring of production performance and maintain up-to-date databases</li><li>Collect and analyze process data, especially during non-conformity periods</li><li>Contribute to the optimization of quality control and the minimization of variations</li><li>Participate in maintaining quality systems in compliance with ISO 9000 standards and CE marking</li><li>Conduct internal compliance audits</li><li>Train and support production personnel on new procedures</li><li>Collaborate with production teams to integrate new technologies</li><li>Participate in client meetings and complaint analysis</li><li>Contribute to the development of HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) systems</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Profile requirements - Education: Bachelor's degree to Master's degree in Science or Engineering (Process Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role... - Technical skills: Mastery of quality tools and analysis techniques - Standards: Good knowledge of QS 9000 / ISO 14001 systems - Soft skills: Analytical mind, ability to communicate at all levels, team spirit, autonomy, and rigor - Languages: Proficiency in English is mandatory</p>
