<p>As a Building & Utilities Process Lead, you will be fully responsible for the efficient, reliable, and sustainable operation of all utility systems, including electricity, water, steam, compressed air, and chilled water. You will monitor system performance using BMS, analyze data, and prepare energy and utility performance reports to support business and sustainability targets. You will ensure all related processes meet JTI’s operational and compliance standards by maintaining documentation such as ISO, IMS, IWS, and OPL. You will also lead loss elimination and performance improvement activities, contributing directly to the achievement of departmental KPIs.</p><br>
<p>You will participate in DDS (Daily Direction Setting) meetings to report results, flag issues, and request resources. You will own and manage DMS processes including CL (Centerline), CO (Changeover), and CM (Change Management), standardize equipment and procedures, and lead 5S and Kaizen initiatives across utilities and energy areas. You will support and implement decarbonization and efficiency projects (e.g. solar PV, heat recovery), ensure full EHS and legal compliance, and contribute to talent development through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing across teams and processes.</p><br> <p><strong>EDUCATION</strong></p><br>
