<br> Job : <p><strong>MISSION:</strong></p><br><br><p><br>Within the Operations and Deployment Department, the Custom Offers (OSM) Deployment Project Manager leads the implementation of network infrastructure projects with high business and technical visibility.<br>He/She ensures the coordination of the entire project lifecycle, from feasibility studies to the commissioning of associated infrastructure and services, while guaranteeing the achievement of quality, cost, deadline, and performance objectives.<br>As a key contact between business teams, network engineering, operations, <p>Details Mission and objectives The UNICEF Country Office in Morocco accompanies the Government in implementing national education priorities, with a particular focus on equity, inclusion, learning quality, prevention of school dropout, pre-school education, non-formal education, and the development of skills for children and adolescents. In this context, the Education Section works in close collaboration with the Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports, at central and territorial levels through a partnership with 5 AREFs, as well as with the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication when interventions concern educational pathways, development, engagement, and skills of adolescents and young people. <p><b>Purpose of the Positio</b>n : The Pre-Serial Logistics Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the execution of all logistics activities during the project phase, from project nomination until SOP and ramp-up stabilization. The position serves as the logistics interface between Engineering, Purchasing, Production Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Suppliers, and Launch managers, ensuring that the correct material is available at the right time, in the correct quantity, and with the latest engineering status for all prototype, validation, pre-series, and launch activities. Main Responsibilities : Lead and coordinate all pre-serial logistics activities for new product launches. Ensure material availability for prototype, PV, validation, pre-series, and SOP builds according to project milestones. Review and understand product structures (BOM), engineering changes (ECN/ECR), revision levels, indexes, and material status. Participate actively in Part List Meetings and monitor open actions until closure. Coordinate engineering changes with Engineering and ensure implementation within the required project timing. Follow up with suppliers regarding tooling readiness, engineering modifications, material availability, production planning, delivery schedules, and recovery plans. Coordinate closely with Purchasing to secure the availability of components throughout the project phase. Work with Production Planning to ensure capacity and material planning are aligned with project milestones. Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering regarding build schedules and launch readiness. Monitor logistics risks and proactively escalate potential shortages or delays that may impact project timing. Participate in project milestone reviews and report logistics readiness status. Maintain and update logistics action plans related to project launches. Support project ramp-up activities until production stabilization after SOP. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within pre-serial logistics processes.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><b>Qualifications </b>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in Automotive Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Launch Management, or Project Logistics. Experience managing logistics activities for new product launches in the automotive industry. Experience working in a cross-functional and international environment. Languages English: Professional working proficiency. French: Professional working proficiency. Spanish is considered an advantage. <p>Definition, documentation and verification of Containment or Sorting actions, for process related containments. Management of overall outcome and result. Reporting on result. Approval on ending of containment action, with AQC if customer Driven. Creation of Q Notification to collect costs and add own costs. Actual completion of containment, adding containment costs to Q notification and reporting of result is the responsibility of APF (AQC organise and manage customer containments, ABQ organise and manage Supplier related containments.) Assuring PR/8D team leader has initiated the problem solving process for quality problems in manufacturing processes. Participation in Problem solving teams. Monitor and track Solving process deadlines for intercompany and PR (For 8D AQC responsible). Escalating if Intercompany or PR - Problem solving process not working or achieving expected outcome. Assisting Team in documentation and 8d/PR updates when needed. Supporting Problem solving team leader. Evaluation and measurement or process capability using standard quality tools ( cmk, ppk etc.) . Participate with team to improve process capabilities. Escalate when process capabilities are not being achieved. Documentation and approval of all reworks. Verification that rework is effective. Monitor and control that all material required to be reworked is reworked Monitoring and tracking of all Production Scrap. Reporting on scrap levels and reasons. Participate in Teams to solve the reason for scrap and to minimise scrap result. Monitoring and analysis of Processes to identify trends and pareto of process defects with a view to minimising defects and improving performance. Escalate when process performance disapproves or cloud lead to warranty defect. Final approval of any changes , Product or process introduced into all manufacturing process steps after initial PPAP ( internal and external)</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality within the automotive industry. Experience in production quality and problem-solving activities. Experience coordinating cross-functional activities is an advantage. Strong knowledge of Quality Core Tools (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA). Good understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards. Ability to analyze quality data and define effective corrective actions.
