Our technology starts with you.</p><p>YOUR ROLE</p><ul><li>To coordinate the front-end of line process industrialization (wafer preparation, laser grooving, wafer sawing, die attach glue/ soft solder/solder paste- glue curing) supporting new products or package and at the same time ensuring quality standards of the new product /process being developed, meeting target milestones or maturity and operating within the defined budget and resources of the scopes.</li><li>To manage all development projects related to Critical product, including new material qualification, process changes and CPI across all the assembly line (perimeter includes either front-end and back-end of line)</li><li>To manage all the assembly-related innovation activities (proof of concept projects/ R&amp;D support activities/ patents/technical papers at plant level) acting as main interface toward GTR&amp;D organization for the plant.</li><li>To lead taskforces for process improvement related to new projects</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>YOUR SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCES</p><ul><li>Techncial Background: Strong technical knowledge of assembly processes, strategic thinking, leadership, and analytical problem solving.</li><li>Degree of autonomy: High level of autonomy in the technical decision-making process is needed. Interaction with N+1, N+2, N+3 are mainly for strategic alignment or project review.</li><li>Managerial responsibility: this role includes leading and managing a team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional development.</li><li>Minimum 5 years experience related to semiconductor, electronics and automotive domain</li><li>Knowledge with MS office/ PowerBI</li><li>Strong Knowledge in Statistical Tools and Software</li><li>English business proficiency</li><li>PMP certified, Six Sigma certified are advantage</li></ul><p></p></section>
