<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>MANAGEMENT OF THE CLIENT RETURN FLOW: - Update service notices, create and launch service orders. - Coordinate with production managers to schedule service orders. - Coordinate with buyers to ensure the availability of spare parts. - Prepare quotes and communicate them to the sales department. - Ensure the availability of spare parts in the workshop by the warehouse. - Process subcontracting phases in the service order. - Reschedule service orders with the workshop. - Analyze consumption variances (parts and hours spent), and close service orders. - Enter the repair valuation in the orders. - Lead daily 0H processing meetings with the product team. - Lead 0H progress meetings with the program and sales departments. - Manage client priorities and urgent requests in coordination with the product team and relevant departments (HAP/CF/Shipping). - Update client return flow reports.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Engineer or Master's degree in Supply Chain/Industrial.
