<p>Plutus21 Partners is looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to join a multi-year client program. The program runs several projects in parallel across research, data engineering, and legal workstreams, with teams based in Morocco, Pakistan, and the United States. The role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day project execution under the guidance of the Program Manager, with coaching and increasing responsibility as the program expands.</p>

<li>Track dependencies across research, engineering, and client teams, identifying risks, delays, and gaps and escalating them with a proposed course of action.</li>
<li>Draft inputs for weekly status reports and executive updates, ensuring they are accurate and consistent with project records.</li>
<li>Prepare agendas, briefs, and background materials to ensure alignment ahead of client and internal meetings.</li>
<li>Maintain project records and shared drives, and coordinate communication across teams so that information remains organized and accessible.</li>

<p> <strong>Qualifications</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, consulting, or business operations.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of project management fundamentals, including scoping, planning, risk and issue tracking, stakeholder communication, and status reporting. A recognized project management certification is an advantage.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience producing clear written deliverables such as meeting summaries, status updates, or process documentation.</li>
<li>Ability to follow technical and data-heavy discussions and summarize them accurately. Exposure to data, software, or AI projects is an advantage.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the confidence to work directly with a US-based client.</li>
<li>Proficient in at least one project management platform (ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or similar), with the ability to adopt new systems quickly.</li>
<li>Proactive and organized, with a consistent record of following through on commitments independently.</li>
<li>Receptive to coaching and feedback, with eagerness and ability to develop new skills and adapt to new industries.</li>
