<p>Safran Aircraft Engines (SAE) is a subsidiary of the Safran Group. Driven by nearly 15,000 employees across 31 sites in 9 countries. We design, develop, manufacture and market, alone or in partnership, engines for civil or military aircraft, as well as for satellites. SAE has a network of civil engine maintenance workshops worldwide and offers its customers a complete range of interventions: performance restoration, replacement of limited-life parts, inspection and maintenance of the entire engine and its equipment. To cope with the increase in LEAP engine maintenance in the coming years, Safran Aircraft Engines Services Casablanca (SAESC) has launched the construction of a new shop in Morocco. Our new workshop, located in the Casablanca-Settat region, will be responsible for the maintenance of new types of civil aircraft engines (LEAP) which equip, among others, the Airbus A320neo and the Boeing 737Max.</p><p>As a metrology technician, your objective will be to ensure the availability, in good condition, of all the tooling necessary for production within the set deadlines, in anticipation of operations selected by scheduling, planning, and in real time.</p><p>In this context, you will be led to:</p><ul><li>Receive tooling from their acquisition and record them in the internal tracking database;</li><li>Receive tooling after their external control and calibration;</li><li>Define the maintenance and control policy for each tooling from its acquisition. (periodicity, nature of control,);</li><li>Set up a library of technical files specific to each tooling;</li><li>Define the management method for each tooling: Management in complete kits, in disassembled parts, in consumables,</li><li>Categorize tooling according to their nature of use and their control requirements (Specific, standard,);</li><li>Define the control/calibration standards for each tooling according to the manufacturer's requirements;</li><li>Define a calibration and control schedule in line with the overall activity load program by producing a quarterly cost statement;</li><li>Choose calibration and control laboratories that have the authorization and accreditation to work on each type of tooling;</li><li>Read and verify the control/calibration reports issued by the control and calibration bodies;</li><li>Ensure the follow-up of tooling reforms in consultation with the relevant departments;</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bac +2/3 in Metrology with a minimum of 5 years of experience in tooling management within an industrial structure or a metrology laboratory.</p>
<p>The Consultant will be responsible for: Mission focused on the management, coordination and monitoring of resources necessary for industrial projects (kits, complete systems, partial systems, BA, series parts, etc.), as well as synchronizing data between different management tools (PLM, Planisware, TRM, ADM).</p><p>1.
