Responsibilities Superviser les processus de service client dans un environnement de production Salesforce Service Cloud. Assurer le suivi des automatisations existantes (Flows, Assignment Rules, Email-to-Case, Omni-Channel, SLA). Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents fonctionnels et techniques. Gérer les demandes de support et les évolutions mineures. Assurer le support de niveau 2/3 auprès des équipes métier. Accompagner les utilisateurs dans l’adoption et l'utilisation optimale de Salesforce. Surveiller les intégrations et la synchronisation des données avec les systèmes tiers. Créer et maintenir des rapports, dashboards et vues personnalisées. Maintenir la documentation fonctionnelle et technique. <li>1-3 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering, equipment engineering or industrialization environment.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of assembly equipment, manufacturing processes and industrial automation.</li>
<li>Experience in project management and continuous improvement methodologies.</li>
<li>Good understanding of quality tools such as PFMEA, 8D and Root Cause Analysis.</li>
<li>Effective communication and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work within cross-functional and multicultural teams.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).</li>
