<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph">Job Description <div> <p> <strong> Responsibilities : </strong> </p> <ul> <li>Analyse functional requirements, define the appropriate test approach, and ensure full traceability between requirements and test coverage.</li> <li>Design, structure and execute functional test scenarios (manual + basic automation)across web, mobile and API layers, ensuring clear documentation and reliable test evidence.</li> <li>Prepare test environments, manage test data, and contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices, tools and methodologies.</li> <li>Identify, report and track defects while collaborating closely with development, product and business teams to ensure alignment and functional quality.</li> <li>Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and support knowledge sharing by assisting and guiding junior testers within the team.</li></ul></div></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph">Qualifications </p><div> <p> <strong>Required Skills : </strong> </p> <ul> <li>Solid experience in manual functional testing on web and/or mobile applications.</li> <li>Strong skills in writing clear test cases, executions and reports.</li> <li>Understanding of <strong>REST APIs, JSON/XML</strong> and validation with <strong>Postman </strong>or similar tools.</li> <li><font dir="auto" ><font dir="auto" >Test management: </font></font><strong><font dir="auto" ><font dir="auto" >Jira, Xray, TestLink, HP</font></font></strong><font dir="auto" ><font dir="auto" > ALM</font></font></li> <li>Collaboration: <strong>Confluence, Microsoft Teams</strong>.</li> <li>Multi device testing (BrowserStack, iOS/Android smartphones & tablets).</li> <li>Exposure to CMS/ERP environments is a plus (Drupal, Hybris/HMC).</li> <li>Basic notions of automation with <strong>Selenium, Karate, Katalon</strong>, or similar tools.</li> </ul> <p> <strong>Soft Skills :</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Analytical mindset, detail oriented, structured, autonomous.</li> <li>Strong communication skills in English.</li> <li>Comfortable working in cross functional Agile teams.</li> </ul> <p> <strong> Profile :</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor or Master s degree in Computer Science or related field.</li> <li>3 to 5 years of experience in functional testing.</li> <li>Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.</li> <li>ISTQB certification appreciated.</li></ul></div><p></p></section>
