<p>Carrying out EHS risk assessments and defining control measures.</p><br>

<p>Participating in the implementation and updating of emergency plans.</p><br>

<p>Supervising EHS aspects of project-related activities.</p><br>

<p>Providing advice and support to project personnel to prevent accidents, facility damage, and environmental pollution.</p><br>

<li>
<p>Recognizing best practices and exemplary performance in EHS.</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>Reporting and addressing non-compliance with regulations and Alstom standards.</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>Advising staff on applicable EHS aspects of project activities.</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>Supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of local procedures and tools in alignment with Alstom and international standards (AZDP, TOPE, APSYS, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>Promoting a strong EHS culture on-site through training, awareness sessions, and toolbox meetings.</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>Conducting legal compliance checks for specific EHS requirements.</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>Assisting in the investigation and analysis of incidents to implement corrective and preventive measures.</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>Preparing monthly EHS reports and conducting workplace inspections and audits.</p><br>
</li>

<p>Degree in EHS, risk prevention, or equivalent </p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>Operational experience in a similar role.</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience or qualification in delivering electrical training is a plus.</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>Previous experience as an EHS trainer is appreciated.</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong knowledge of EHS regulations.</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ability to communicate effectively and engage teams.</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>Observation skills, pedagogical approach, and attention to detail.</p><br>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proficiency in office tools and software.</p><br>
</li>
