The project aims to contribute to strengthening local response capacities in public health and water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) services in Tripoli and Misurata , in order to improve equitable and safe access to basic services for vulnerable populations.</p>

Join us and help drive the transformation of the automotive world</p><br><br><br>Job Description<p>- Drives delivery of training services as defined in department or team scope and yearly operational department or team plans<br></p><br><p>- Manages and monitors induction trainings incl. planning, logistics, training conduction, data collection, evaluations, reports<br></p><br><p>- Supports regular and needs based training needs analysis and elaboration of suitable training programs<br></p><br><p>- Develops, sets-up and conducts trainings in defined areas incl. training curriculum definition, training content and material creation, conduction and monitoring<br></p><br><p>- Provides advice and subject matter expertise in the area of training, within HR community and towards the business<br></p><br><p>- Ensures adherence to globally defined policies, processes, tools and frameworks<br></p><br><p>- Ensures accurate & compliant data quality for all training related data, regular maintenance and required cleansing of data according to global and local rules defined<br></p><br><p>- Prepares regular ad-hoc analysis, reports and presentations<br></p><br><p>- Supports and leads upon request global and local initiatives and roll-ins of training and related programs, policies, processes, projects<br></p><br><p>- Secures continuous improvement of training processes and tools in the area of responsibility, implementing innovative best practices within HR and towards the business; focus on support of business .</p><br><br><br>Qualifications and Experience<p><strong>Level of Education:</strong> University Degree<br></p><br><p><strong>Branch of Study:</strong> All branches<br></p><br><p><strong>Experience:</strong> 1 year of experience is appreciated<br></p><br><p><strong>Languages:</strong> French and English</p><br><p><strong>Social Competences:</strong><br></p><br><p>Communication / Social and intercultural sensitivity / Change management / Target and result orientation / Motivation and resilience / Self-organisation / Conflict management / Teamwork</p><br><p><strong>Professional Competences:</strong><br></p><br><p>Adult Learning Theory / Blended Learning / E-learning concepts / Skills and competency modelling / Training management / Leadership development programmes</p><br><br> </div>
