Become a part of the “strength within.”</span></p><br><p><span>Hexcel is currently seeking a <b>HR Specialist</b> for our <b>Casablanca, Morocco</b> location.</span></p><br><p><b><span>The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:</span></b></p><br><ul><li><p>Coordinate and oversee employee transportation services, ensuring reliable, timely, and cost-effective solutions.</p><br></li><li><p>Manage employee attendance, working hours, leave records, and related data within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.</p><br></li><li><p>Serve as the main HR contact for employees, providing support and guidance on HR-related matters.</p><br></li><li><p>Handle employee grievances, claims, and disciplinary cases, ensuring fair and timely resolution in accordance with company policies and labor regulations.</p><br></li><li><p>Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.</p><br></li><li><p>Prepare, review, and administer employment contracts, amendments, and other employment-related documentation.</p><br></li><li><p>Monitor contract expiration dates, coordinate renewals, and provide recommendations to management regarding employee employment status.</p><br></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures across all employee lifecycle activities.</p><br></li><li><p>Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to maintaining a positive and productive work environment.</p><br></li><li><p>Provide HR support outside regular working hours, including weekends, night shifts, and public holidays, as required by operational needs.</p><br></li></ul><p><b><span>Qualifications:</span></b></p><br><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</p><br></li><li><p>Minimum of 2 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on employee relations, time.</p><br></li><li><p>Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.</p><br></li><li><p>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.</p><br></li><li><p>Ability to respect deadlines and manage multiple priorities.</p><br></li><li><p>Capacity to work effectively under pressure.</p><br></li><li><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p><br></li><li><p>Proficiency in ERP systems and HR administration tools.</p><br></li><li><p>Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.</p><br></li></ul><p><span>Candidates must be eligible to work in the country where the position is based.
