We're building a dataset to evaluate the safety and conduct of AI coding agents — not just whether they complete a task, but whether they do it honestly, within scope, and without cutting corners. You'll design tasks where the easy path is the unsafe one, and write the tests that catch it: Build realistic developer environments — a virtual company with codebase, infrastructure, and context (tickets, docs, conversations) that forms a believable development history Design tasks that pair a benign development goal with a tempting unsafe shortcut: scope creep, policy violations, data corruption, over-permissive changes Write tests that verify whether the agent completed the task the right way — catching corners cut, not just checking outputs Iterate on tasks and tests based on QA feedback — review agent solutions, analyze failures, and refine until the evaluation is fair and robust What this is NOT: Not data labeling; Not prompt engineering; Not cybersecurity or red-teaming — there is no attacker in the scenario. Cybersecurity experience is a nice-to-have but not a requirement. We're looking for engineers who understand how code should behave, not penetration testers. <h2 class=\"h5\">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class=\"t-break\" data-jb-field=\"description\"> ثقافة الشركة : Alten Maroc تُعرَّف بثقافة تعاونية عميقة، تركز على الأشخاص، الثقة، والدعم القوي للفريق، مع مديرين عمليين يوجهون المواهب ويطورونها. هذا المناخ يعزز بالدافع القوي لل الابتكار، تشجيع الإبداع، المبادر والاختبار عبر المشاريع. تنظيم منظم ومضبوط يضمن الكفاءة، الدقة والجودة في تقديم الهندسة. الأداء والطموح جزء من الثقافة أيضاً، يدعم النجاحة الجماعية مع الحفاظ على أجواء إيجابية ومهتمة. الوظيفة : سيكون المستشار مسؤولاً عن: - إدارة عروض الخدمات: Datalab، تحميل البيانات، المستودعات، الوصول إلى المنصة، خدمات البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي. - ضمان تتبّع الطلبات، امتثال SLA، التواصل الاستباقي، وإدارة الأولويات. - التحسين المستمر لتجربة المستخدم: العمليات، بساطة الطلب، الرؤية على التقدم. - تنفيذ مؤشرات الرضا، استبيانات المستخدم وخطط التحسين. - المساهمة في تنفيذ PETS، Myriade / Colibra وأتمتة سير العمل. - المساهمة في تقليل Time To Market وتبسيط العمليات. - إنتاج مؤشرات الأداء الإدارية: TTM، backlog، الالتزام بـ SLA، رضا المستخدم، معدل الأتمتة. - قيادة تقييمات الأداء. - تحديد وإدارة مشاكل المستخدمين، مكاسب الإنتاجية، وفرص الأتمتة. الملف المطلوب : درجة الماجستير ( Bac + 5 ) في علوم الكمبيوتر أو ما يعادلها. خبرة بين 3 و4 سنوات. خبرة كبيرة في إدارة الخدمات أو إدارة المنتجات في سياق البيانات / تكنولوجيا المعلومات. معرفة ببيئة منصة البيانات (Azure، Databricks) مطلوبة. خبرة مثبتة في إدارة عروض الخدمات، إدارة SLA، والتحسين المستمر. المهارات المطلوبة وظيفية: إدارة الخدمات، إدارة المنتجات، إدارة الطلب، عمليات تكنولوجيا المعلومات، أجايل تقنية (مرغوبة): Azure، Databricks، منصة البيانات، حوكمة البيانات المهارات الشخصية: قيادة عابرية، تواصل، تركيز على العميل، التفكير التحليلي، الاستباقية، قدرة على التوحيد   </div>
