A better future?</p><br><br><br><b>Responsibilities</b> <br><p><span><strong>Work Location : Rabat Technopolis R&amp;D Center</strong></span></p><br> <ul> <li>Reporting directly to the Business Unit Engineering Manager and working within the engineering project team.</li> <li>Being able to independently lead projects from design point of view and find new ways and opportunities in product development design.</li> <li>You will have a key focus to coordinate and develop new product design activities to meet customer requirements, whilst working closely with Testing and Validation, Trim engineering, Programs and other Lear corporation functional departments.</li> <li>Reporting or presenting your work results, status and summary to internal / External counterpart or directly to Lear Corporation customers.</li> <li>Being part of the only Lear Seating Engineering Center, you will have a role in new development projects for general and premium OEM customers with extended range of engineering activities, complete seat engineering, prototyping, Trim development, etc.</li> <li>Develop seating components based on customer specifications and Lear internal guidelines.</li> <li>Conduct studies and analysis for integrating components and assemblies into the seat system.</li> <li>Create components and assembly drawings.</li> <li>Analyze tolerances, alignment, gaps and fitness of parts, sub-assemblies or complete seat through Stack up analysis process.</li> <li>Manage product changes in the PLM system.</li> </ul><br><br><b>Experience Requirements</b> <br><ul> <li>Master engineering degree</li> <li>Min. 3 years of experience in product development.
