Job : <p>As part of the development of its international activities, INGELEC is strengthening its teams and is looking for an Export Officer to join its site based in Casablanca - Aïn Sebaâ.</p><br><br><p><br>Main tasks:</p><br><br><ul><li>Attached to the relevant teams, you will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating export operations, including:</li><li>Ensure administrative and operational follow-up of export operations;</li><li>Prepare, check, and ensure the compliance of export documentation;</li><li>Coordinate operations with freight forwarders, carriers, and various logistics partners;</li><li>Monitor shipments until delivery;</li><li>Manage formalities and operations related to PortNet;</li><li>Ensure compliance with procedures, deadlines, and regulatory requirements related to export operations;</li><li>Ensure smooth communication with various internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul> <br> <br> Required profile : <ul><li>Minimum Bac+2 (Associate's degree or equivalent) in International Trade, Logistics, Transport, or a similar field;</li><li>First experience in an Export role, ideally in an industrial environment and/or in African markets;</li><li>Good command of export documentation and procedures;</li><li>Good knowledge of PortNet and transit operations;</li><li>Very good command of French, both written and spoken;</li><li>Proficiency in English is an asset;</li><li>Rigor, organization, responsiveness, and follow-through skills;</li><li>Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.</li></ul> <br><br> </div>
