You will ensure equipment reliability, optimal machine performance and production continuity by executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. You will troubleshoot equipment failures, perform timely repairs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring full compliance with our QEHS standards. Essential responsibilities (including but not limited to) Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on production equipment, utilities, and facility systems according to maintenance plans and schedules. Diagnose and resolve equipment failures (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, automation, robotics, PLC), lead or support root cause analysis for breakdowns, and provide rapid technical intervention during production disruptions to restore equipment within required response times. Execute maintenance work orders and accurately document all interventions, repairs, inspections, and findings in maintenance records and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). Conduct routine inspections and condition monitoring activities to identify potential equipment issues and support predictive maintenance programs. Support equipment installation, commissioning, testing, and start-up activities for new machinery, production lines, and facility projects. Maintain workplace organization through application of 5S principles and good maintenance practices.
