You will schedule inspections, chase submissions, lead in-office fittings, gather store feedback, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Reporting to the Senior QC Manager, you work closely with the Buying team to keep inspections on track and orders moving on time. <span></span><p><b><span>GEC – Global Experts Consulting recrute un Consultant Senior Demand Manager | Secteur Bancaire | Casablanca</span></b><br></p><br><p><span>Dans le cadre d'une mission stratégique pour le compte de l'un de nos clients du secteur bancaire, nous recherchons un </span><b><span>Consultant Senior Demand Manager</span></b><span> pour piloter le processus de gestion des demandes, assurer la gouvernance du portefeuille et coordonner les échanges entre les filiales, les équipes métiers et les équipes IT.</span><br></p><br><p><b><span>Vos principales missions :</span></b><br></p><br><span>Piloter le cycle de vie des demandes, de leur qualification jusqu'à leur clôture.</span><br><br><span>Analyser, qualifier et prioriser les besoins exprimés par les filiales.</span><br><br><span>Assurer la coordination entre les équipes métiers, IT et Delivery.</span><br><br><span>Garantir le respect des SLA et assurer le suivi des délais de traitement.</span><br><br><span>Produire les tableaux de bord, KPI et reportings de pilotage.</span><br><br><span>Identifier les risques, points de blocage et proposer les plans d'actions adaptés.</span><br><br><span>Animer les instances de gouvernance et assurer le suivi des décisions.</span><br><br><span>Contribuer à l'amélioration continue du processus de Demand Management.</span><br><br><p><b><span>Profil recherché :</span></b><br></p><br><span>Bac+5 (Ãcole d'Ingénieur ou de Commerce).</span><br><br><span>Minimum 6 ans d'expérience en Demand Management, PMO, Portfolio Management ou Gouvernance SI.</span><br><br><span>Expérience confirmée dans le pilotage de portefeuille de demandes ou de projets.</span><br><br><span>Solide expérience en environnement bancaire.</span><br><br><span>Excellentes compétences en gouvernance, coordination transverse et reporting.</span><br><br><span>Très bonne maîtrise des KPI, SLA et outils de pilotage.</span><br><br><span>Excellentes capacités de communication, d'organisation et de leadership transversal.</span><br><br><span>Disponibilité immédiate ou rapide.</span><br><br><br> </div>

<br> Job : <p>The Manager (the 2nd Assistant) is responsible for the good management of the restaurant. They constantly ensure quality, service, cleanliness during their shift, and the safety of the restaurant's property and employees.</p><br><br><p><strong>Main Activities</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Ensure that all staff prioritize customer satisfaction, respecting McDonald's standards for Safety, Food Safety, Quality, Service, and Cleanliness;</li><li>Manage the opening and/or closing of the restaurant;</li><li>Manage inventory and supplies;</li><li>Plan team members' hours and non-productive tasks;</li><li>Evaluate team members' performance;</li><li>Manage the team members' training system;</li><li>Ensure the execution of preventive maintenance tasks;</li></ul><p><strong>Professional Development</strong></p><br><br><p>If they have the potential in terms of behavioral, managerial, and operational skills, they can move up to the position of 1st Assistant after meeting the criteria to pass the nomination board and potentially secure the position of Restaurant Manager once their skills are confirmed.</p><br><br> <br> <br> Required profile : <p>The position is open to those with a Bac +2 degree (or equivalent) and above, regardless of the field of study.
