<li><span>Superviser les ouvertures de comptes clients et veiller à la mise à jour des données relatives à ces clients dans le système, en concertation avec les Managers Produits et Fonctions ainsi que le Country Manager.</span></li>
<li><span>Piloter le blocage et le déblocage des comptes clients dans le système d'information conformément à la politique crédit du Groupe CEVA.</span></li>
<li><span>Superviser et coordonner les actions de relance clients (relevés de comptes, relances téléphoniques, courriers de relance, visites clients, etc.).</span></li>
<li><span>Coordonner avec les différentes parties prenantes (Managers Produits et Fonctions, Responsables Administratifs, équipe commerciale, responsable d’exploitation, agent de remise documentaire, etc.) le suivi des comptes en souffrance et les actions de recouvrement associées.</span></li>
<li><span>Établir et présenter trimestriellement la liste des créances irrécouvrables aux Managers Produits et Fonctions et au Country Manager afin de statuer sur les actions contentieuses à engager.</span></li>
<li><span>Superviser l’ouverture et le suivi des dossiers de litiges.</span></li>
<li><span>Veiller à la mise à jour régulière de la balance âgée commentée et coordonner les actions de recouvrement à entreprendre avec les Managers Produits et Fonctions ainsi que l’équipe commerciale.</span></li>
<li><span>Élaborer et communiquer les reportings mensuels de recouvrement aux responsables d’agences, au responsable commercial et à la Direction Générale.</span></li>
<li><span>Veiller à la transmission complète et dans les délais des dossiers de facturation aux clients.</span></li>
<li><span>Participer et contribuer à l’étude de solvabilité des clients avant la mise en place des contrats commerciaux.</span></li>
<li><span>S’assurer, en coordination avec l’équipe comptable, que les encaissements sont correctement et rapidement lettrés avec les factures concernées.</span></li>
<li><span>Contribuer activement aux travaux de comptabilité clients, notamment la revue du lettrage et le calcul des provisions pour dépréciation des créances.</span></li>
<li><span>Veiller au respect des normes de qualité en vigueur et alerter en cas de détection d’une situation à risque.</span></li>
<li><span>Garantir l’application des procédures HSE (Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement) en vigueur au sein de l’entreprise.</span></li>
<li><span>Assurer le signalement et le suivi des anomalies, incidents et situations à risque auprès des parties concernées.</span></li>
<li><span>Veiller à la mise en œuvre et au respect des règles HSE par l’ensemble des collaborateurs de l’équipe.</span></li>
<li><span>Superviser le suivi des incidents et collaborer avec le service HSE à la mise en place des actions correctives et préventives nécessaires.</span></li>

<li><span>Minimum 8 ans d’expérience en crédit management et recouvrement.</span></li>

As an Business Development Manager within Mastercard’s MCDS team, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and growing relationships with key customers.
