<span>Mission principale Le/La Responsable Risk Management & Contrôle Interne a pour mission de concevoir, structurer, déployer et faire évoluer le dispositif de gestion des risques et de contrôle interne du Groupe , en lien avec les orientations stratégiques de la Direction Générale.<br> Il/Elle assure la consolidation des risques des différentes filiales au niveau de la Holding, veille à l’efficacité des dispositifs de maîtrise des risques et accompagne les opérationnels dans la mise en œuvre des plans d’actions.<br> Il/Elle intervient également auprès des différentes instances de gouvernance du Groupe et contribue au développement d’une culture commune du risque et du contrôle interne au sein des filiales.<br> Principales responsabilités Risk Management Élaborer, maintenir et faire évoluer la cartographie des risques majeurs du Groupe , en assurant la consolidation des risques des filiales vers la Holding.<br> Veiller à l’alignement de la cartographie des risques avec les objectifs stratégiques, les enjeux business et les risques opérationnels du Groupe.<br> Définir et faire évoluer les méthodologies d’identification, d’évaluation, de cotation et de consolidation des risques.<br> Animer les plans de traitement des risques et assurer le suivi des actions de réduction et de maîtrise des risques.<br> Élaborer, formaliser et mettre à jour la documentation relative au Risk Management : charte des risques, procédures, méthodologies, canevas et outils de suivi.<br> Préparer les reportings Risk à destination des différentes instances de gouvernance : PDG, COMEX, CRC et autres comités concernés.<br> Accompagner les filiales dans l’identification et l’évaluation de leurs risques.<br> Contrôle interne Concevoir, structurer et maintenir le référentiel de contrôle interne du Groupe , couvrant notamment les processus clés, les risques associés et les contrôles permettant leur maîtrise.<br> Déployer et harmoniser les dispositifs de contrôle interne au niveau des différentes filiales.<br> Identifier les faiblesses et insuffisances du dispositif de contrôle interne et définir, avec les opérationnels, les plans de remédiation adaptés.<br> Piloter et suivre la mise en œuvre des actions correctives.<br> Évaluer la conception et l’efficacité opérationnelle des dispositifs de maîtrise des risques à travers des auto-évaluations, des tests et, le cas échéant, des contrôles de second niveau.<br> Garantir une homogénéité méthodologique au niveau du Groupe , tout en prenant en considération les spécificités métiers et sectorielles de chaque participation.<br> Préparer et accompagner les missions d’évaluation du dispositif de Risk Management et de Contrôle Interne.<br> Gouvernance, reporting et gestion de la Data Élaborer et présenter les reportings Risk Management et Contrôle Interne destinés aux instances de gouvernance du Groupe.<br> Formaliser et mettre à jour les règles relatives à la centralisation des données de la Direction .<br> Veiller à la conformité, à la fiabilité et à l’exhaustivité des données utilisées pour le pilotage des risques et du contrôle interne.<br> Assurer une restitution claire et synthétique des principaux risques, dispositifs de maîtrise, incidents et plans d’actions.<br> Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des différentes parties prenantes internes sur les sujets Risk Management et Contrôle Interne.<br> Coordination avec l'Audit Interne Contribuer à l’élaboration du plan d’audit basé sur les risques , en coordination avec l’Audit Interne, sans assurer directement la réalisation des missions d’audit.<br> Partager avec l’Audit Interne les résultats des cartographies des risques et les principales zones de vulnérabilité identifiées.<br> Assurer une bonne articulation entre les dispositifs de Risk Management, de Contrôle Interne et d’Audit Interne.<br> Animation et accompagnement des filiales Animer un réseau de correspondants Risk Management / Contrôle Interne au sein des différentes filiales.<br> Accompagner et sensibiliser les opérationnels aux enjeux de maîtrise des risques.<br> Développer une culture du risque et du contrôle interne au sein du Groupe.<br> Concevoir et animer des actions de sensibilisation et de formation.<br> Adopter une posture de conseil permettant d’embarquer les opérationnels dans les démarches de maîtrise des risques et d’amélioration continue.<br> Profil recherché Formation supérieure Bac+5 , issue d’une école d’ingénieurs ou d’une école de commerce, avec une préférence pour une formation d’ingénieur .<br> Plus de 8 ans d’expérience professionnelle , dont une expérience significative en Risk Management et/ou Contrôle Interne.<br> Une expérience acquise dans un environnement industriel est fortement souhaitée.<br> Expérience confirmée dans des environnements Groupe / Holding avec plusieurs filiales ou participations.<br> Expérience avérée dans les interactions avec des instances de gouvernance et des interlocuteurs de haut niveau : Direction Générale, PDG, COMEX, comités spécialisés ou équivalents .<br> Une certification professionnelle en Risk Management constitue un atout.<br> Une expérience dans les secteurs de l’énergie, de l’environnement, des infrastructures ou des projets industriels serait particulièrement appréciée.<br> Compétences métier Excellente maîtrise des principaux référentiels de gestion des risques et de contrôle interne : COSO ERM 2017, COSO Internal Control et ISO 31000 .<br> Maîtrise des méthodologies de cartographie, de cotation, de hiérarchisation et de consolidation des risques.<br> Capacité à concevoir et déployer des dispositifs de contrôle interne.<br> Maîtrise de l’élaboration et du pilotage des plans de remédiation.<br> Solides compétences en reporting et en restitution auprès des instances de gouvernance.<br> Bonne compréhension des problématiques liées aux environnements industriels.<br> Connaissance de l’environnement réglementaire et contractuel des Participates in cross-functional teams to generate, deliver, and interpret high-quality clinical data supporting overall product scientific and business strategy.</p><br><p>Responsibilities:</p><br><ul><li>With appropriate supervision, manages the design and implementation of study protocols for a clinical development program in support of the overall Product Development Plan, based on strong medical and scientific principles, knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements, AbbVie’s customers, markets, business operations, and emerging issues. Oversees project-related education of investigators, study site personnel, and AbbVie study staff.</li><li>Has responsibility for oversight of clinical studies, monitoring overall study integrity, and review, interpretation, and communication of accumulating data pertaining to safety and efficacy of the molecule. Along with Clinical Operations, is responsible for oversight of study enrollment and overall timelines for key deliverables. Responsible for assessment and reporting of serious adverse events per corporate policy and regulations for those protocols on which assigned.</li><li>Contributes to design, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of scientific content of protocols, Investigator Brochures, Clinical Study Reports, regulatory submissions and responses, and other program documents.</li><li>May serve on a Clinical Strategy Team as the clinical representative for the protocols for which the incumbent has responsibility. May be asked to contribute to regulatory responses and discussions.</li><li>Ensures adherence to Good Clinical Practices, pharmacovigilance standards, standard operating procedures and to all other quality standards in conducting research.</li></ul><br>Qualifications<br><br><p>Medical Director Qualifications: </p><br><p>•Medical Doctor (M.D), Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.), or non-US equivalent of M.D. degree with relevant therapeutic specialty in an academic or hospital environment. Completion of a residency program strongly preferred.
