<section>وصف الوظيفةالأدوار والمسؤوليات<div class="paragraph">ميكانيكي اختبر مغامرة استثنائية وفريدة ضمن مجموعة صناعية كبيرة، مع المرونة والاستقلالية لشركة صغيرة ومتوسطة. نوع العقد: محلي؛ عقد محدد المدة. دورك: يشارك الميكانيكي في إطلاق/تشغيل مركز بتقنية خمس محاور من خلال إدارة برامج الإنتاج (الإعدادات الأدواتية، برامج التحكم الرقمي بالحاسب، التشغيل). كميكانيكي، ستكون مسؤولياتك كما يلي*: إعداد عمليات التشغيل: - إجراء الاختبارات، وضبط إعدادات المغزل والأدوات وفقاً للمحاور المختلفة عند بداية الوردية. - احترام اختيار أدوات القطع وتكرار التغيير لإنتاج القطعة المطلوبة وفق المعايير لكل برنامج. تنفيذ عمليات التشغيل: - تشغيل ومتابعة برنامج التشغيل وفقاً للمعايير لكل برنامج. - إزالة الخشونة من القطع وفقاً للمعايير لكل برنامج. - ضمان والتحقق من مطابقة القطع المزالة/الخشون قبل متابعة تدفق التصنيع. الصيانة والصيانة الدورية: - إجراء وضمان الصيانة من المستوى الأول للمعدات عند بداية كل وردية. - التنبيه إلى مدير الخط/قسم الصيانة في حالة عطل الماكينة. - المشاركة في حل المشاكل التقنية/الميكانيكية مع الماكينة. - ضمان مطابقة المعدات (معدات المناولة، الماكينة، الأدوات، أدوات القياس، وغيرها). التوثيق والاتصال: - الالتزام بجدول التصنيع وموحودة صندوق تركيبة الدُفعات القياسي (كانبان). - اقتراح استراتيجيات التحسين المستمر لتحسين عملية التشغيل. - أداء جميع المهام ضمن نطاق واجباتهم أو كما يطلب مدير الخط. التنظيم والسلامة: - ضمان ترتيب مكان العمل/5S في مكان العمل وفي منطقة تخزين الأدوات. - ضمان الاستخدام الصحيح لمعدات المناولة/الرفع. *قائمة غير حاصرة. المهارات والمعرفة المطلوبة: خلفية في هندسة الإنتاج/الهندسة الميكانيكية المحوسبة أو التشغيل الآلي. خبرة حتى 3 سنوات في وظيفة مماثلة؛ ستُطلب خبرة في الطيران. استقلالية في تشغيل الآلات. ستتيح لك مهاراتك الشخصية وفضولك ومباغتتك وابتكارك أداء واجباتك بنجاح والازدهار في هذا الدور. ستعمل في بيئة ديناميكية ونمو مستمر. ستستفيد من مرونة ومرونة شركة صغيرة ومتوسطة مقرونة باستقرار وموارد مجموعة دولية تأسست منذ 170 عامًا. ستستفيد من برنامج تكامل شخصي عند توليك منصبك، وتدريب منتظم داخل مجموعة تتميز بإمكانات تطوير مهني غنية ومتنوعة. نحن ملتزمون بسياسة بيئية واجتماعية (CSR) مركّزة على التنوع الحيوي، التنوع والشمول، الأبوة/الأمومة، الأخلاقيات، وتطوير المهارات. نهدف إلى الحياد الكربوني بحلول 2050 لجميع أنشطتنا. لقد استثمرنا 5% من إيراداتنا سنوياً خلال 20 عاماً في الابتكار من أجل التنمية المستدامة.</div></section><section>الملف المرشّح المطلوبيجب أن يكون لدى المرشحين خلفية في هندسة الإنتاج/الهندسة الميكانيكية المحوسبة أو التشغيل الآلي والحد الأقصى 3 سنوات من الخبرة في دور مماثل؛ وتشترط الخبرة في صناعة الطيران. القدرة على تشغيل الآلات بشكل مستقل ضرورية. ستساعدك مهاراتك الشخصية وفضولك ونهجك الاستباقي وروحك الابتكارية على أداء مسؤولياتك بنجاح والازدهار في هذا المنصب.</section>
