Troubleshoot machine breakdowns quickly to minimize production downtime. Calibrate machines to ensure proper stitch quality and production efficiency. Replace worn or defective parts such as needles, motors, belts, loopers, and feed mechanisms. Maintain maintenance records, repair logs, and spare parts usage. Support production teams in machine operation and basic troubleshooting. Ensure machines operate according to safety and quality standards. Participate in continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives. Maintain cleanliness and proper lubrication of machines and work areas. Qualifications Compétences et aptitudes requises Solide connaissance des machines à coudre industrielles (point noué, surjeteuse, recouvreuse, bartaqueuse, etc.). Compétences en diagnostic et dépannage mécanique ainsi qu’en électricité de base. Capacité à lire et interpréter des manuels techniques et des schémas de machines.
