<li>Develop, update, and validate work instructions related to testing technologies.</li>
<li>Develop, program, install, and validate testing equipment and systems, including test boards, screwdriving stations, vision systems, test modules, and associated equipment.</li>
<li>Design, develop, and maintain test programs and testing sequences in accordance with project technical specifications.</li>
<li>Ensure the commissioning and implementation of testing equipment during new project launches and product changes (Change Management).</li>
<li>Ensure the availability, backup, version control, and configuration management of test programs and parameters.</li>
<li>Participate in the technical analysis of internal defects and customer complaints by identifying root causes and proposing corrective and preventive actions.</li>
<li>Provide technical support to production teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to testing equipment and systems.</li>
<li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes by proposing innovative solutions to enhance quality, safety, productivity, and equipment reliability.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Project, Quality, Maintenance, Production teams, and suppliers to ensure the successful implementation of new product launches and engineering changes.</li>
<li>Capture and document lessons learned, and share best practices across the Testing team.</li>

<li>Bac+2 / Specialized Technician Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science , Electrical Engineering , Industrial Automation Systems , Industrial Maintenance Or any equivalent technical discipline ,</li>
<li>Previous experience in Testing within the automotive industry is required.</li>
<li>Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, automation, and industrial IT.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret electrical and wiring diagrams.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Well-organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.</li>
<li><strong>French:</strong> Fluent, both written and spoken.</li>
