Job : <p>A Payroll Manager must ensure rigorous, compliant, and efficient payroll management for clients, while offering personalized support and advice to meet their specific needs regarding remuneration and social legislation.<br>As such, your tasks will be as follows:<br>- Control and verify the data provided for each of the firm's clients.<br>- Integrate the information provided by the client into the payroll management systems to generate payroll statements that comply with current regulations.<br>- Apply the various salary calculation rules in accordance with the specifics of each client company and the instructions provided by the client.<br>- Generate payroll statements, ensuring the accuracy of the data and compliance with legal standards and collective agreements.<br>- Prepare and submit mandatory social declarations, respecting legal deadlines and ensuring their accuracy.<br>- Manage administrative requests such as (Work/Salary certificates, salary domiciliation, STC….)<br> </p><br><br> <br> Required profile : <p>With a higher education degree (Bac + 3 minimum) in economics and management, you have at least 1 year of experience as a Payroll Manager in a firm: Accounting Expertise, accounting, consulting, audit.</p><br><br><p>Your qualities and skills:<br>• Very good knowledge of social law/salary taxation;<br>• Proficiency in computer tools (payroll software, Word, Excel, etc.);<br>• Good organizational and commitment skills;<br>• Sense of responsibility;<br>• Proficiency in French;<br>• Ability to work in a team.<br> </p><br><br> <br><br> </div>
