inception phase of the programme and beyond, specifically for the development of the programme's compliance and subgrant management approach, the selection and organisational assessment of implementing partners (IPs), the co-design of tailored compliance and fiduciary improvement plans, and the establishment of practical systems, tools and guidance that enable accountable, transparent and effective programme implementation.Scope of Work • Advise on the programme's overall compliance, governance and subgrant management approach, ensuring that it is practical, risk-based and aligned with donor requirements, while reflecting the operational realities of implementing partners in Morocco and Tunisia. • Support the development and enhancement of implementing partner selection, due diligence, organisational assessment and compliance tools to assess institutional readiness, governance arrangements, fiduciary capacity and risk management systems. • Support the implementing partner selection process by providing technical guidance on governance, financial management, procurement, internal controls and organisational compliance. • Facilitate organisational compliance and Ensure PIV respects milestone and KPI, monitoring execution and progress</li><li>Review all slides and presentations of program /project: - Update validation results in ICAS decks and KPI dashboards. - Review and approve slides and for program/project updates</li><li>Collect & study all requirements for project: Collect and analyze all project requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage</li><li>Define detailed validation project/program plan: Estimate FTE and means required for validation activities and critical path</li><li>Support PE into Issue triage meetings and Issue escalation meetings: Lead progress meetings with SSTM, PM CCVP, CX, and vehicle teams - Facilitate technical discussions and problem resolution across teams. - Participate in issue triage and escalation meetings - Collaborate/Support on test list creation and revision with the team (test engineer and service design) - Join technical and management meetings where ICAS deliverables are discussed</li></ul>Report to top management programs /projects results and KPI : - Build KPI deck with all info and ICAS standards - Provide weekly/daily progress reports on validation activities Required profile : Profile: Master's degree (Bac+5) Experience: 1 to 2 years Skills: Good knowledge of validation processes and tools (Test Norm, Catnet, PLM, JIRA).
