<span>You ensure product and process quality across manufacturing operations by applying quality systems, problem-solving methods, and continuous improvement practices. This role sits within the Quality organization and partners closely with production, engineering, and suppliers to protect customer satisfaction and compliance.</span><br><br><br><b>Responsibilities</b> <br>
<ul>

<span>Lead quality planning and control activities across assigned products and processes.</span><br>
</li>
<li>
<span>Analyze internal and external quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities</span><br>
</li>
<li>
<span>.Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods.</span><br>
</li>
<li>
<span>Support new product and process launches through APQP, PFMEA, and control plans.Ensure compliance with customer, internal, and regulatory quality requirements.</span><br>
</li>
<li>
<span>Coordinate audits, including internal, customer, and third-party quality audits.</span><br>
</li>
<li>
<span>Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to reduce defects and variation.</span><br>
</li>
<li>
<span>Prepare and present quality performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership.</span><br>
</li>
</ul><br><br><b>Requirements</b> <br><ul>
<li><span>Degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field or equivalent experience.</span></li>
<li><span>3+ years of experience in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing environment.</span></li>
<li><span>Hands-on experience with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, 8D, and control plans.</span></li>
<li><span>Familiarity with IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 quality management systems.</span></li>
<li><span>Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate quality issues clearly and effectively.</span></li>
