<h2 class="h5">وصف العمل</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> ثقافة الشركة : Alten Maroc تعرّف بثقافة تعاونية عميقة، مركزة على الأشخاص، الثقة، والدعم القوي للفِرَق، مع مديرين عمليين يوجّهون المواهب ويطوّرينها. هذا البيئة تدعمها دافع قوي نحو الابتكار، تشجع الإبداع والمبادرة والتجربة عبر المشاريع. تضمن منظمة منظمة وهادفة تسمح بـ الكفاءة، والصرامة، والجودة في تقديم الهندسة. الأداء والطموح جزء من الثقافة أيضاً، مع دعم النجاح الجماعي مع الحفاظ على أجواء إيجابية ورعاية. الوظيفة : ضمن المشروع، ستكون مهامك الرئيسية كالتالي: <ul><li>تطوير وتنفيذ خطط اختبار الدمج للوحدات ECU المعتمدة على AUTOSAR (منصة كلاسيكية)</li><li>إجراء اختبارات وظيفية وعلى مستوى الواجهات بين وحدات BSW و SWCs و MCAL</li><li>تهيئة والتحقق من RTE و ECU Extract باستخدام أدوات مثل Vector DaVinci Configurator/Developer</li><li>تحليل نتائج اختبارات الدمج، تحديد الأسباب الجذرية، والعمل مع فرق التطوير لحل العيوب.</li><li>الحفاظ على أتمتة الاختبار وتنفيذها باستخدام Python/CAPL لـ CANoe أو منصات محاكاة/HIL أخرى.</li><li>ضمان تتبّع حالات الاختبار مع بنية البرمجيات والمتطلبات (SWE.1/SWE.2)</li><li>دعم خطوط أنابيب CI/CD لاختبار الدمج (مثل Jenkins، GitLab CI)</li><li>المساهمة في توثيق متوافق مع ASPICE لعمليات تدقيق SWE.5</li></ul> الملف الشخصي المطلوب : <ul><li>درجة الماجستير (BAC+5) من مدرسة هندسة أو جامعة متخصصة في الأنظمة المدمجة.</li><li>من 1 إلى 3 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال تكامل البرمجيات.</li><li>إتقان البرمجة المدمجة C/C++، مع معرفة الذاكرة الثابتة/الديناميكية، السجلات، والتعامل مع المقاطعات</li><li>معرفة في صناعة السيارات حول الاتصالات المعتمدة على الإشارات (CAN، LIN، ETH و SOME/IP)</li><li>خبرة في أدوات Vector والسكريبتات (Python، CAPL).</li><li>خبرة قوية في منصة AUTOSAR Classic (BSW، RTE، MCAL)</li><li>خبرة عملية مع:</li><li>Vector Tools: CANoe, CANalyzer, DaVinci Configurator/Developer</li><li>السكريبت: Python, CAPL</li><li>أدوات التصحيح: TRACE32/Lauterbach، أجهزة الفولتية، سجلات DLT</li><li>الإلمام بطبقات التجريد ECU وتكوين OS، EcuM، Com، CanIf، Dem، Dcm، إلخ.</li></ul> </div>

Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures, and statements of work. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions. Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with technical and functional inputs. Assist in effort estimation, BOM preparation, and solution sizing. Customer Engagement Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions. Explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams. Address customer technical concerns and provide recommendations. Solution Design & Documentation Prepare high-level and low-level solution designs when required. Create architecture diagrams, implementation approaches, and integration workflows. Ensure proposed solutions follow best practices, scalability, security, and compliance standards. Collaboration Coordinate with engineering, delivery, product, and support teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in presales, solution engineering, systems engineering, or technical consulting. Experience in preparing technical proposals and responding to RFPs. Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, cloud technologies, integrations, and software architectures. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Preferred Skills Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of APIs, integrations, databases, and enterprise applications. Familiarity with cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, or AI solutions is a plus. <h2 class=\"h5\">الوصف الوظيفي</h2> <div class=\"t-break\" data-jb-field=\"description\"> المسؤوليات الأساسية دعم ما قبل البيع الفني التعاون مع فرق المبيعات لفهم احتياجات العمل والتقنية للعميل في المملكة العربية السعودية والإمارات العربية المتحدة تصميم وتقديم حلول تقنية مناسبة متوافقة مع احتياجات العميل. إعداد مقترحات تقنية وهندسة الحلول وبيانات العمل. إجراء عروض تقديم المنتجات والعروض التوضيحية وجلسات إثبات المفهوم (POC). الاستجابة لطلبات العروض RFPs وRFIs وRFQs بمدخلات تقنية ووظيفية. المساعدة في تقدير الجهد وإعداد BOM وتحديد حجم الحل. تفاعل مع العملاء المشاركة في اجتماعات العملاء وورش العمل وجلسات الاكتشاف. شرح المفاهيم التقنية بشكل واضح لأصحاب المصلحة الفنيين وغير الفنيين. بناء علاقات موثوقة مع العملاء والشركاء والفرق الداخلية. معالجة شواغل العملاء التقنية وتقديم التوصيات. تصميم وتوثيق الحلول إعداد تصميمات عالية المستوى ومنخفضة المستوى عند الحاجة. إنشاء مخططات بنية وآليات تنفيذ وتدفقات تكامل. التأكد من أن الحلول المقترحة تتبع أفضل الممارسات وقابلية التوسع والأمن والتوافق. التعاون التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والتسليم والمنتج والدعم. العمل عن كثب مع مديري المشاريع ومهندسي الحلول أثناء الانتقال إلى التنفيذ. دعم التحسين المستمر لأصول ما قبل البيع والقوالب وبيئات العروض التوضيحية. المعرفة بالسوق والمنتج البقاء مطلعاً على اتجاهات الصناعة وحلول المنافسين والتقنيات الناشئة. الحفاظ على فهم قوي لمنتجات وخدمات وقدرات الشركة. المؤهلات المطلوبة درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة. 3–6 سنوات من الخبرة في ما قبل البيع أو هندسة الحلول أو هندسة الأنظمة أو الاستشارات التقنية. الخبرة في إعداد المقترحات الفنية والرد على العروض. فهم قوي لحلول تقنية المعلومات المؤسسية والتقنيات السحابية والتكاملات وهندسة البرمجيات. مهارات اتصال وتقديم عروض ممتازة. القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة وتواجه العملاء. المهارات المفضلة الخبرة مع منصات السحابة مثل Azure وAWS و Google Cloud. المعرفة بـ APIs والتكاملات وقواعد البيانات وتطبيقات المؤسسات. الإلمام بالأمن السيبراني والبنية التحتية والبيانات أو حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي ميزة إضافية. الخبرة مع أدوات التخطيط والتوثيق (Visio و Draw.io وغيرها). الشهادات التقنية ذات الصلة ميزة. المهارات الشخصية قدرات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية. عقلية مركزة على العميل. مهارات عالية في العمل ضمن فريق والتعاون. القدرة على إدارة عدة فرص في آن واحد. مهارات تفاوض وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة جيدة.
