Road Infrastructure Or Heavy Earthworks / Mining Experience Familiarity with Omani construction market, cost structures, and local suppliers / subcontractors. Strong knowledge of estimation software, pricing methodologies, and market rate analysis. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and Primavera (for BOQ/time correlation). Excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
