<br> Job : <p><strong>Context:</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>As part of the improvement program at various levels of its logistics information systems initiated in 2007, CRONOS (CommeRcial netwOrk New vehicle Order System) is now being deployed to replace the previous systems related to the distribution of new vehicles for the Client group (including French brands and OV, Opel-Vauxhall subsidiaries).</li><li>The team's work, under the guidance of the Project Leader (from the PPIT entity within PSA's Supply Chain Department), consists of the project management for the development of the CRONOS application and its associated applications. The evolution of these applications is subject to a CEB (Business Requirements Specification) and SFD (Detailed Functional Specifications) and is designed in collaboration with Business Leaders. This is followed by testing phases and then launch. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p><span >You will serve as a role model for the Finance Community and beyond by living and promoting ownership culture.</span></p><ul><li>Responsible for monitoring, escalating and driving counter measures to identified Control deficiencies that impact the Control certification and/or financial performance of the Legal Entity</li><li>Together with Country Head/ Head of AC responsible for internal and external certification</li><li>Act as developer, promoter and mentor for commercial talents in the country.</li><li>You will act as the Investors Advocate by protecting the assets and driving sustainable value creation.</li><li>Ensures compliance with local laws and regulations in area of responsibility</li><li>Hold ultimate accountability for the integrity of books and records, compliance with local laws and regulations, and the effectiveness of the risk management and internal control framework guiding the implementation and administration of Finance policies, guidelines and standards across the organization.</li><li>Maintain networking with customers financial representatives, authorities and other financial institutions as well as liaising with external auditors and vendors in contractual matters.</li></ul><p>Your Qualifications & Experience</p><ul><li>Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking, Accounting, or a related field.</li><li>10+ years of senior Finance leadership experience, including international exposure across different countries and cultures reflected in HQ, country and regional finance functions.</li><li>Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional qualification is a significant advantage.</li><li>Financial acumen with thorough understanding of financial statements, GAAP/IFRS, and planning and controlling processes.</li><li>Effective business management with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.</li><li>Oversight experience including Regulatory framework, Risk and Internal Controls, and Financial support functions (Accounting, Tax, Treasury).</li><li>Tenured and diverse leadership experience across cross-hierarchical, cross-functional and inter-cultural teams.</li><li>Substantial relevant professional experience within a finance function, providing and presenting insightful financial information and commercial analysis to influence leaders across an organization.</li><li>Professional fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is essential for this role.
