Leads activities focused on strengthening multisectoral health data management systems for timely, reliable, and actionable surveillance and outbreak information, such as improving data review and analysis, improving accessibility and interoperability of human and animal health surveillance data, and improving effective use of infectious disease information systems at health facilities and laboratories Leads the design and implementation of baseline, midline, and endline assessments and evaluations as required under the project workplan. Develops and maintains a data quality assurance system, including standard operating procedures for data collection, entry, cleaning, and reporting.
