You will also collaborate with other teams, helping to ensure that data is available, understood, and utilised effectively across the organisation.</p><br><br><p><br><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><br><br><p><br>•Verify and maintain the accuracy of terminal activity data within the Terminal Operating System (TOS).<br>•Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies to ensure accurate operational records.<br>•Generate daily, weekly, and monthly tracking reports.<br>•Prepare operational move summaries and other routine reporting outputs.<br>•Provide data support and assistance to teams across the terminal.<br>•Deliver timely data updates and reporting information to managers and departments.<br>•Support informed decision-making by maintaining reliable and accurate data records.</p><br><br><p><br><b>What We Are Looking For</b></p><br><br><p><br>•Continuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a thoughtful improvement mindset, curious about how work gets done and motivated to make meaningful, sustainable improvements over time.<br>•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.<br>•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Power BI.<br>•Basic database knowledge is advantageous.<br>•Familiarity with Terminal Operating Systems (TOS) or similar port management software is an advantage.<br>•Strong attention to detail with a clear commitment to maintaining data accuracy.<br>•Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.<br>•Collaborative and team-oriented approach to work.<br>•Strong communication skills and confidence in asking questions, highlighting issues, and sharing information proactively.</p><br><br><p><br>Success in this role will come from your ability to manage data with accuracy, maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced operational environment, and build effective working relationships across different teams.
