Additionally, you will contribute to achieving sales targets, monitor market and competitor activities, and collaborate closely with KAMs to drive territory performance, execute commercial plans, and support data-driven decision-making</p><p>A Day In The Life</p><p>Position Nestl as a trusted partner and preferred provider of nutritional solutions among pharmacy staff.</p><p>Ensure consistent product supply, availability, and in-store visibility of Nestl infant nutrition products by maintaining optimal stock levels aligned with each pharmacy s potential, minimizing the risk of stock-outs.</p><p>Monitor and ensure product freshness across visited pharmacies in compliance with the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principle.</p><p>Provide monthly reporting to KAS on expired, near-expiry, or damaged products identified in pharmacies via the Viscum application.</p><p>Ensure clear product understanding by delivering concise information on product indications, composition, and usage guidelines to guarantee safe and accurate preparation.</p><p>Develop and sustain long-term partnerships with pharmacies by building strong relationships with staff through continuous training, regular updates on infant nutrition and product innovations, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring effective complaint handling with relevant departments (Quality, Consumer Services, etc.).</p><p>Train and raise awareness among pharmacy staff on the WHO Code.</p><p>Ensure optimal territory coverage and execution in line with the route plan validated by the KAM.</p><p>Drive continuous expansion of the customer portfolio through active prospecting and onboarding of new pharmacies.</p><p>Partner with the KAM to conduct semi-annual data reviews and support pharmacy segmentation and classification.</p><p>Monitor and report competitor activities, particularly WHO Code violations, by accurately documenting and escalating cases to the External Relations & Policy Manager.</p><p>Propose and implement approved action plans in alignment with Nestl s strategic objectives and priorities.</p><p>Deliver secondary sales targets for key product categories (Cerelac and Growing-Up Milk: NAN 3, NIDO).</p><p>Execute the predefined routing plan through the Visicom application.</p><p>Ensure full compliance with pharmacy visit standards following ICE (In-Call Execution) guidelines.</p><p>Complete and submit daily activity reports at the end of each working day.</p><p>Execute the defined Picture of Success standards across assigned pharmacies.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Minimum 2 years experience as a pharmaceutical Sales Representative</p><p>Fluency In French and A Good Level In English is a Must</p><p>Experience working in cross functional teams.</p><p>Bachelor Degree in Science, Commerce or any other relative field.</p><p>Ability to build strong relationships with different stakeholders.</p><p>Possess strong Discipline, Consistency, Good Analytical Skills.</p><p></p></section>

<p>The Morocco Innovation and Evaluation Lab (MEL) is looking to hire a Senior Research Associate (SRA) to coordinate its research efforts to foster a culture of evidence-based policymaking in Morocco. The Senior Research Associate will support the implementation of an impact evaluation conducted by a team of international researchers in partnership with the UM6P- OCP ecosystem. This position will be based in our offices at the University Mohammed VI Polytechnic campus in Rabat.</p><p>The MEL is a collaboration between the University Mohammed VI Polytechnic (UM6P), the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the Harvard Center for International Development (CID). The Morocco Innovation and Evaluation Lab emerged from the Morocco Employment Lab, an initiative that was launched in 2020 in partnership with the Millennium Challenge Account - Morocco Agency (MCA-Morocco) and hosted by the Policy Center for the New South. With the support of Community Jameel, the lab is expanding its work beyond employment into sectors such as education, social protection, firm growth, agriculture, and environment. The MEL works in close collaboration with the public, private, NGO, and philanthropic sectors in Morocco to conduct evaluations that speak to their priorities and share rigorous evidence to inform their decisions.</p><p>The position offers a unique opportunity for the Senior Research Associate to support the research infrastructure of the Morocco Innovation and Evaluation Lab and assist the research project in the design and implementation of impact evaluations as well as data collection, management, and analysis, in an organization undertaking cutting-edge development research. The Senior RA will work closely with senior staff from J-PAL and CID, academic researchers and other field staff to perform a variety of research tasks. • Overall responsibility for purchasing of indirect Materials with respect to central purchasing guidelines<br>• Negotiation and contract management for local related categories in close cooperation with central purchasing<br>• Develop and deploy generic sourcing strategy by indirect material group (preferred suppliers, terms & conditions, statement of work) for local suppliers in close co-operation with central purchasing Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct negotiations, and manage supplier relationships.<br>• In charge of overall SM Business Plan; contribution to achievement including regular monitoring and control and follow up of required actions.
