Job : <p>Mission:<br>• Deploy the preventive and corrective maintenance policy for electrical equipment in water facilities;<br>• Ensure the proper functioning of electrical and automation equipment in water facilities;<br>• Develop the investment program for the upgrading and renewal of electrical equipment;<br>• Ensure compliance with provisions relating to the control of risks linked to the sanitary safety of water within the framework of the water sanitary safety management plan (PGSSE) and the application of ethical rules and anti-corruption systems.</p><br><br><p>Activities:<br>• Ensure the planning and preventive, corrective, and renewal maintenance of electrical installations, sensors, automation, and remote management systems across all drinking water sites;<br>• Ensure on-call supervision of intervention teams<br>• Monitor the availability rate of electrical equipment and the progress of maintenance schedules;<br>• Diagnose and analyze incidents;<br>• Be a source of proposals for improvement and innovation solutions;<br>• Ensure the optimization of the use of resources made available to the department;<br>• Ensure the mobilization of necessary resources to achieve objectives set by its Management;<br>• Develop and update clear work procedures for employees that allow for the proper execution of operations and their effective control;<br>• Manage human resources under its responsibility: set objectives, monitor results and ensure their improvement, develop their skills and ensure knowledge transfer within the team;<br>• Monitor and ensure the maintenance of performance and continuous improvement of the quality management system according to the requirements of current standards in order to constantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of processes;<br>• Supervise and lead the review of control activities within its scope and ensure the implementation of action plans resulting from audit missions and internal control reviews;<br>• Ensure the strict application and compliance with regulatory and contractual provisions regarding hygiene, safety, and environmental protection at work.<br> </p><br><br> <br> <br> Required profile : <p>Academic background:<br>State-recognized engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or equivalent</p><br><br><br><p>Professional experience:<br>More than 3 years of experience in a similar role<br>Required skills:<br>• Good command of high and low voltage electricity.<br>• Proficiency in programmable logic controller (PLC) programming languages.<br>• Mastery of electrical risks.<br>• Good knowledge of instrumentation and remote management equipment.<br> </p><br><br> <br><br> </div>
