Activités du poste : Le Développeur IT exerce tout ou une partie des activités principales suivantes : L’analyse : • Etudier la faisabilité de la demande et la dimensionner (coût, délai, besoin, ...) • Analyser le cahier des charges et participer à l’analyse fonctionnelle et technique • Effectuer l’analyse organique de l’application et élaborer les dossiers de programmation • Participer à la structure des fichiers et des tables La mise en œuvre : • Ecrire tout ou partie des programmes en respectant les normes et les standards en vigueur • Elaborer des jeux de tests (unitaires ou d’intégration) et les exploiter • Définir les procédures de reprise sur incidents • Elaborer la documentation fonctionnelle et technique de l’application • Contrôler la qualité du produit livré (fiabilité, ergonomie, ...) • S’assurer de la faisabilité des solutions retenues auprès de la production/technique • Assurer la mise en production de l’application • Contrôler la bonne exécution des travaux batch Le suivi et l’amélioration : • Assister les opérateurs en cas de problèmes ponctuels • Diagnostiquer ou aider au diagnostic des pannes et proposer des solutions • Modifier et faire évoluer l’application en fonction des demandes des utilisateurs ou des évolutions techniques légales • Participer à des réflexions concernant les améliorations des techniques de développement ou de mise en œuvre des solutions En outre, et de façon non limitative, il peut être amené à effectuer toute mission à la demande de sa hiérarchie, compatible avec sa fonction.  Compétences requises: Compétences techniques : <ul><li>Maîtrise des méthodes de programmation</li><li>Maîtrise des applications informatiques dont il a la charge</li><li>Connaissance du métier et ses enjeux dans la branche dans laquelle il intervient</li></ul> Compétences transversales : <ul><li>Sens de l'organisation et du détail</li><li>Capacités d'analyse</li><li>Respect des règles et procédures</li><li>Capacité à innover et proposer</li><li>Capacité à travailler méthodiquement dans la répétitivité</li></ul> Profil recherché : <ul><li>De formation Bac+5 d’une université ou école d’ingénieur informatique;</li><li>Expérience d’au moins 3 ans sur un poste similaire dans le développement informatique sur le langage ciblé.</li></ul>Si le descriptif correspond à votre profil et motivations professionnelles, merci de nous faire parvenir vos CV.
