CORE WORK ACTIVITIES Managing the Human Resources Strategy • Executes and follows-up on engagement survey related activities. • Champions and builds the talent management ranks in support of property and region diversity strategy. • Translates business priorities into property Human Resources strategies, plans and actions • Implements and sustains Human Resources initiatives at the property. • Coordinates the human capital review process at property(s) and leads succession planning activities on property and in the market, as appropriate. • Leads the assessment of property(s) leadership pipeline through the human capital review process and assists with follow-up. • Creates value through proactive approaches that will affect performance outcome or control cost. • Monitors effective use of myHR by property managers and employees. • Leads and participates in succession management and workforce planning. • Responsible for Human Resources strategy and execution. • Serves as key change manager for initiatives that have high employee impact. • Attends owners meetings as a member of the property executive committee and provides meaning or context to the Human Resources results (e.g., retention statistics, critical open positions, employee satisfaction, and training initiatives and results); and demonstrates an understanding of owner priorities. • Supervises one or more on-property Human Resources, as well as market-based Human Resources Specialist type resources where appropriate. Managing Staffing and Recruitment Process • Analyzes open positions to balance the development of existing talent and business needs. • Serves as coach and expert facilitator of the selection and interviewing process. • Surfaces opportunities in work processes and staffing optimization. • Makes staffing decisions to manage the talent cadre and pipeline at the property. • Develops staffing strategy (in collaboration with hiring manager) relating to hiring practices; consults with hiring manager on compensation, benefits, etc. • Monitors sourcing process and outcomes of staffing process. • Ensures managers are competent in assessing and evaluating hourly staff. Managing Employee Compensation Strategy • Remains current and knowledgeable in the internal and external compensation and work competitive environments. • Leads the planning of the hourly employee total compensation strategy. • Champions the communication and proper use of total compensation systems, tools, programs, policies, etc. • Participates in quarterly internal equity analysis; reviews internal equity reports and surface issues needing resolution. • Creates and implement s total compensation management packages/offers, particularly recognition and incentive programs directed towards property priorities. <h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> Production Ingenierie industrielle - Pilote d'industrialisation Responsable Projets Industriels et Développement F/H CDI Ingénieur & Cadre Temps complet RPID est chargé de piloter et/ou réaliser les actions de développement, d'industrialisation et de transfert des activités sur les projets industriels qui lui sont confiés. Il garantit le respect des objectifs Qualité, Coût, Délais, Sécurité et Environnement (QCDS) tout en assurant la coordination transverse et l'animation des parties prenantes internes et externes. Missions principales • Définition et pilotage de la stratégie industrielle: o Proposer, valider et décliner le schéma industriel (Make or Buy). o Participer au choix des fournisseurs, en cohérence avec les exigences Programme et la stratégie industrielle. • Gestion des risques et planification : o Établir et piloter les risques dès la phase MER1. o Établir le planning projet global (développement, industrialisation, approvisionnement) et en assurer le suivi rigoureux. • Maîtrise des coûts : o Établir le devis système en consolidant et challengeant les contributeurs. o Valider et décliner les exigences QCDRS (Qualité, Coût, Délai, Sécurité, Robustesse). o Entretenir le Devis Permanent (DP) coûts et qualité, et valider le Coût Récurent du Produit (CCR). o Piloter le Coût d'Industrialisation à Terminaison (CAT). • Développement produit et industrialisation: o Contribuer à l'élaboration et valider la logique de développement (LDEV). o Mettre en place et piloter le plan d'industrialisation, d'approvisionnement des prototypes et équipements de présérie, ainsi que le plan de production. o Participer à la démarche Conception à Coût Objectif (CCxO). o Veiller à l'intégration des contraintes industrielles (fabricabilité, procédés, moyens). o S'assurer de la prise en compte du Retour d'Expérience (RETEX). o Participer aux travaux pour l'obtention de la maturité produit et procédé (AMDEC produit/process, détermination des KC, robustesse). • Gestion documentaire et validation : o Constituer et gérer l'évolution du Dossier de Fabrication et de Contrôle (DFC), Dossier de Validation Industriel (DVI / PPAP), et dossier de maintenance, en cohérence avec le dossier de définition. o Piloter le processus de validation industrielle et valider ou non les revues d'industrialisation. o Se positionner pour la Direction Industrialisation (DI) lors des revues MER. • Moyens industriels : o Acquérir et mettre en service les moyens industriels adaptés aux projets. • Management et communication : o Piloter et animer l'équipe projet et l'animation transverse avec les multiples interlocuteurs (Supply chain, Qualité, Production, Ingénierie Industrielle, Maintenance, DT, Programme, CEI France, clients, fournisseurs…). o Réaliser le reporting périodique du portefeuille projets et assurer la communication avec les clients internes et externes. • Amélioration continue : o Capitaliser, formaliser et dispenser les bonnes pratiques au sein des ateliers. o Rechercher, proposer et impulser des solutions d'amélioration. • Mobilité : Déplacements occasionnels en France et à l'étranger. Profil recherché : • Formation : Ingénieur en génie industriel, mécanique, électromécanique ou équivalent. • Expérience : Minimum 8 ans d'expérience idéalement dans le secteur production, développement et industrialisation de projets industriels. • Compétences techniques : o Maîtrise des connaissances en électronique, électrotechnique, mécanique, informatique industrielle. o Expertise en gestion de projet et en lecture/analyse de plans électriques et mécaniques. o Connaissances en instrumentation, mesures et contrôle qualité. o Maitrise des démarches d'expertise et résolution de problèmes (Brainstorming, 8D, Ishikawa, AMDEC, QQOQCCP). o Utilisation des outils numériques et statistiques (Minitab, SPC, Six Sigma, SAP, PLM, Pack Office). • Compétences comportementales : o Leadership avéré et capacité à animer transversalement les équipes et à conduire le changement. o Rigueur, autonomie, proactivité, réactivité et créativité. o Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et esprit de synthèse. o Bon communicant capable de gérer des interlocuteurs multiples et variés. o Maitrise du français et de l'anglais (technique). • Mobilité : Déplacements occasionnels en France et à l'étranger. </div>

<h2 class="h5">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> الإنتاج الهندسة الصناعية - قائد التصنيع مسؤول مشاريع صناعية وتطوير ف / هـ CDD مهندس وقيادي دوام كامل RPID مكلف بقيادة و/أو تنفيذ إجراءات التطوير، التصنيع ونقل الأنشطة على المشاريع الصناعية التي وكلت إليه. يضمن احترام أهداف الجودة والتكلفة والجدول الزمني والسلامة والبيئة (QCDS) بينما يضمن التنسيق العرضي وتنشيط الأطراف المعنية داخلياً وخارجياً. المهام الأساسية • تعريف وتوجيه الاستراتيجية الصناعية: o اقتراح واعتماد وتفصيل المخطط الصناعي (اصنع أم اشترِ). o المساهمة في اختيار الموردين بما يتوافق مع متطلبات البرنامج والاستراتيجية الصناعية. • إدارة المخاطر والتخطيط: o وضع وإدارة المخاطر منذ مرحلة MER1. o إعداد الجدول الزمني للمشروع بشكل عام (التطوير، التصنيع، التوريد) والمتابعة الدقيقة له. • السيطرة على التكاليف: o إعداد تقدير النظام من خلال الدمج وتحدي المساهمين. o اعتماد وتفصيل متطلبات QCDRS (الجودة، التكلفة، المهلة، السلامة، المتانة). o الحفاظ على سعر تقديري دائم للتكاليف والجودة، واعتماد التكلفة المتكررة للمنتج (CCR). o قيادة تكلفة التصنيع حتى الانتهاء (CAT). • تطوير المنتج والتصنيع: o المساهمة في إعداد واعتماد منطق التطوير (LDEV). o وضع وإدارة خطة التصنيع وتوريد النماذج والمعدات قبل الإنتاج وخطة الإنتاج. o المشاركة في نهج التصميم بتكلفة الهدف (CCxO). o الحرص على دمج القيود الصناعية (القابلية للتصنيع، العمليات، الوسائل). o التأكد من أخذ بعين الاعتبار تجربة العودة (RETEX). o المشاركة في الأعمال للحصول على نضج المنتج والعملية (AMDEC المنتج/العملية، تحديد KC، المتانة). • إدارة الوثائق والتحقق: o إنشاء وإدارة تطور ملف التصنيع والرقابة (DFC)، ملف الاعتماد الصناعي (DVI / PPAP)، وملف الصيانة، بما يتوافق مع ملف التعريف. o قيادة عملية الاعتماد الصناعية واعتماد أو عدم الاعتماد لمراجعات التصنيع. o الترشح لـ DI خلال مراجعات MER. • الوسائل الصناعية: o اقتناء وتشغيل الوسائط الصناعية الملائمة للمشاريع. • القيادة والتواصل: o قيادة وتنشيط فريق المشروع والتنسيق العابر مع مختلف الأطراف (سلسلة الإمداد، الجودة، الإنتاج، الهندسة الصناعية، الصيانة، DT، البرنامج، CEI فرنسا، العملاء، الموردين…). o إعداد تقارير دورية لمحفظة المشاريع والتواصل مع العملاء الداخليين والخارجيين. • التحسين المستمر: o جمع القيم وتوثيقها وتعميم الممارسات الجيدة داخل الورش. o البحث عن حلول تحسين واقتراحها ومحفزها. • التنقل: رحلات دوريّة داخل فرنسا وخارجها. الملف الشخصي المطلوب : • التعليم: مهندس في الهندسة الصناعية أو الميكانيكية أو الكهرميكانيكية أو ما يعادلها. • الخبرة: حد أدنى 8 سنوات من الخبرة ويفضل في قطاع الإنتاج وتطوير وتصنيع مشاريع صناعية. • الكفاءات التقنية : o إتقان المعارف في الإلكترونيات، الكهروميكانيك، الميكانيك، الكمبيوتر الصناعي. o خبرة في إدارة المشاريع وقراءة/تحليل المخططات الكهربائية والميكانيكية. o معرفة في أجهزة القياس والتحكم بالجودة. o إتقان إجراءات الخبرة وحل المشكلات (Brainstorming، 8D، Ishikawa، AMDEC، QQOQCCP). o استخدام الأدوات الرقمية والإحصائية (Minitab، SPC، Six Sigma، SAP، PLM، Pack Office). • الكفاءات السلوكية : o قيادة مثبتة والقدرة على تحريك فرق متعددة وتطبيق التغيير. o الدقة والاستقلالية والفعالية والإبداع. o قدرات كتابة ممتازة وروح التحليل. o اتقان اللغة الفرنسية والإنجليزية التقنية. • التنقل: رحلات دورية داخل فرنسا وخارجها. </div>
