Join us and help drive the transformation of the automotive world.</strong></p><br><br><br>Job Description<ul><li>Manages and supervises the Quality Management & HSEE org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs</li><li>Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Quality Management & HSEE</li><li>Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility</li><li>Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility</li><li>Manages and supervises multiple org units within Quality Management & HSEE</li><li>Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth</li></ul><br><br>Qualifications and Experience<ul><li>Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.</li><li>Fluent in <strong>English</strong> (mandatory) / <strong>French</strong> (mandatory)</li><li>Professional certifications are considered an advantage (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Six Sigma, NEBOSH, IOSH).</li><li>Minimum <strong>10 years of professional experience</strong> in the automotive industry.</li><li>Minimum <strong>5 years of experience</strong> in a senior leadership position covering <strong>Quality Management and/or HSEE</strong> within a manufacturing environment.</li><li><strong>Mandatory experience in the automotive wiring harness industry.</strong></li><li>Proven experience managing Quality and HSEE functions at <strong>plant and/or country level</strong>.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple production sites.</li></ul><br> </div>
