Description </strong></p><p>We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Graphic Designer & Creative Content Specialist to support Manoth Entertainment across graphic design, entertainment proposals, social media content, creative concepts, AI-generated visuals, presentations, and digital marketing materials. </p><p>The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling a project from the initial creative brief through to the final visual presentation or social media content. </p><p>This is a remote contract position requiring creativity, speed, strong attention to detail, excellent visual judgment, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Design professional graphics and visual assets for digital and print use.</p><p>Create premium entertainment proposals and client presentations.</p><p>Draft and visually structure proposals based on client briefs.</p><p>Create artist presentations, entertainment packages, pitch decks, mood boards, and concept decks.</p><p>Develop creative event concepts and translate ideas into visual presentations.</p><p>Produce AI-generated concept images and creative visualizations for events, entertainment concepts, costumes, décor, stage ideas, and activations</p><p>Design social media posts, carousels, stories, advertisements, and campaign visuals.<br>Create and edit Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, short-form videos, promotional videos, and event highlights.</p><p>Edit performer videos and create professional artist promotional content.</p><p>Create motion graphics, animated titles, transitions, visual effects, and branded video content.</p><p>Edit, retouch, enhance, resize, and manipulate photographs</p><p>Remove or replace backgrounds and perform advanced photo compositing</p><p>Create posters, flyers, brochures, menus, banners, invitations, and event collateral.</p><p>Develop visual identities, logos, typography systems, and branded elements. </p><p>Create content for Manoth Entertainment’s website and digital platforms</p><p>Prepare visual material for entertainment packages and sales presentations</p><p>Design client-specific concepts based on venue atmosphere, event themes, or brand guidelines</p><p>Create mood boards for costumes, dancers, musicians, performers, entertainment concepts, décor, and event themes</p><p>Develop content calendars and assist with social media creative planning.</p><p>Resize and adapt content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, websites, WhatsApp, and other platforms</p><p>Maintain consistent Manoth Entertainment branding across all creative materials</p><p>Organize creative files, templates, brand assets, artist media, and project resources</p><p>Work closely with management, sales, marketing, entertainment, and event coordination teams</p><p>Handle revisions efficiently and adapt quickly to client feedback.</p><p>Manage multiple urgent projects
