Ses principales missions comprennent :</span></p><br><ul><li><span>Gérer un portefeuille des dossiers contentieux primes;</span></li><li><span>Défendre les intérêts de la compagnie par rapport aux dossiers contentieux en élaborant la stratégie de défense adéquate;</span></li><li><span>Analyser, consolider et exploiter les informations et les documents nécessaires pour la constitution des dossiers;</span></li><li><span>Procéder à l’ouverture et l’instruction des dossiers contentieux;</span></li><li><span>Négocier des règlements à l’amiable, établir des échéanciers et rédiger les protocoles d’accord;</span></li><li><span>Représenter la compagnie devant les tribunaux, police judiciaire, experts et autres auxiliaires de justice et assurer la gestion des interlocuteurs externes de bout enbout;</span></li><li><span>Organiser des points réguliers avec les avocats conseils;</span></li><li><span>Répondre aux demandes des avocats dans les délais;</span></li><li><span>Gérer les déclarations de créances dans le cadre de la procédure de difficulté des entreprises;</span></li><li><span>Traiter les valeurs impayées et suivre les procédures judiciaires associées en collaboration avec les avocats;</span></li><li><span>Assurer le suivi de l’évolution des procédures judiciaires en coordination avec les partenaires externes;</span></li><li><span>Garantir un suivi précis des notifications et de l’exécution des jugements;</span></li><li><span>Effectuer les investigations nécessaires pour la localisation des débiteurs;</span></li><li><span>Constituer une base de jurisprudence spécifique aux contentieux primes;</span></li><li><span>Effectuer des reportings réguliers et établir des états de synthèse de suivi des Cross-reference ownership data across multiple sources (county records, ownership registers, transfer histories) to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies. Identify and document title gaps, ownership defects, missing documents, inflated decimals, and chain breaks , and flag issues for review and resolution. Classify ownership records using the program's A/B classification framework (clean title vs. curative required). Enter research findings into structured databases using defined workflows and validation protocols. Assemble and maintain complete evidence packs , including supporting documents, source references, and classification rationale, with proper version control. Ensure all research outputs meet quality standards , targeting a 90%+ first-pass acceptance rate , and participate in quality control audits. Navigate and extract data from county clerk and recorder systems across multiple jurisdictions, adapting to varying formats and access methods. Use land records aggregator platforms where direct county access is limited or incomplete, and document county-specific access constraints.
