<p>Our utility cleaners play an important role in support of a number of vital hotel functions. At our hotels these associates may work across departments (e.g., kitchen, food and beverage, laundry) to support cleaning needs. <h4>Operations management</h4>
<p>Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the lounge, ensuring smooth service flow in alignment with Fairmont’s service standards.<br>
Ensure the lounge’s ambiance, cleanliness, and presentation reflect the brand’s refined image.<br>
Monitor product quality and consistency across all food and beverage offerings.<br>
Work closely with the culinary and bar teams to curate and update menus that meet guest preferences and brand positioning.<br>
Ensure all opening, closing, and cash handling procedures are properly followed.</p>
<h4>Guest experience</h4>
<p>Create a personalized and memorable experience for each guest, anticipating their needs and preferences.<br>
Maintain a strong presence on the floor during service, engaging with guests and addressing feedback promptly.<br>
Handle guest complaints with professionalism and empathy, turning moments of service recovery into positive experiences.<br>
Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat and VIP guests, ensuring consistent loyalty to the Fairmont brand.</p>

Oversee inventory control, procurement, and stock management to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency.</p>

<p>Ensure full compliance with local health, hygiene, and safety regulations, as well as Accor and Fairmont brand standards.<br>
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with HACCP and cleanliness protocols.<br>
Maintain operational readiness for brand audits and LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) evaluations.<br>
Support Accor’s Planet 21 sustainability program through responsible resource management and eco-friendly practices.</p>
<h4>Qualifications</h4>
<ul>
<li>Diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field.</li>
<li>Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a luxury hotel or top luxury lounge/bar.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of beverage service, mixology, and premium product offerings.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.</li>
<li>Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.</li>
