<p>Set-up, operate, and troubleshoot all AV/projection/lighting/conferencing equipment, devices, and systems. Oversee the set-up of AV equipment in banquet and meeting rooms. Ensure all AV equipment is fully operational, repair or clean equipment when necessary. Label any broken equipment and communicate problems to manager/supervisor. Tape down and dress all loose wire and cable. Check delivered equipment and room set-up against Banquet Event Order. Communicate any additions or deletions to flowsheets to manager/supervisor. Assist and instruct guests/customers regarding proper usage and operation of AV equipment, up-sell different AV services, and monitor equipment operation at appropriate intervals. <p><font dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;"><font dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;">Within the Compressors, Chambers, and Structures Industrial Center of Excellence, you will work on the Complex Forming and Metal Fabrication line, handling 180 active military and civilian references. Your mission will be to perform welds on thin metal sheets for CFM/LEAP or M88 engine parts, both original equipment and replacement parts. In this role, you will be required to: - Comply with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations; - Follow work instructions provided by your supervisor; - Work as part of a team; - Meet production deadlines; - Perform pre-welding preparation operations; - Perform manual or semi-automatic welding of thin metal sheets; - Carry out post-welding operations; - Perform touch-up operations. You will also participate in daily team meetings and will be encouraged to contribute to the department's improvement initiatives.</font></font></p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><font dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;"><font dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;">You have initial welding experience, ideally on thin metals. You possess the technical skills to adapt to both production and rework operations.
