Assisting guests with their reservations by gathering necessary information. Maximizing room occupancy rates and revenue, in line with sales strategies, while ensuring regular monitoring of availability. Managing group reservations in collaboration with the sales team. Managing commissions in collaboration with the supervisor. Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, contributing to customer loyalty and maintaining customer history.
