Tape down and dress all loose wire and cable. Check delivered equipment and room set-up against Banquet Event Order. Communicate any additions or deletions to flowsheets to manager/supervisor. Assist and instruct guests/customers regarding proper usage and operation of AV equipment, up-sell different AV services, and monitor equipment operation at appropriate intervals. The Reservations Supervisor is an integral part of the first impression for both our repeat and future guests. This position supervises the selling, upselling and providing of information to prospective guests. This position oversees the capture of sales from incoming calls and emails, coordinating the details of each reservation to ensure the guest’s satisfaction.
