<p>The engine preparation takes place in the workshop over a period of approximately 4 months. It includes pre-induction activities, dismantling, inspection, repair, procurement, reassembly, testing, invoicing, and feedback.</p><p>The LEAP MRO* Engine Owner is the project manager for this repair, called a Shop Visit.</p><p>*MRO: Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul.</p><p>Integrated into the LEAP Engine Owner team, you will be responsible for managing the entire engine repair service transversally. <p>Performance et support</p><br><br><p>Achats - Administration d'achats</p><br><br><p>Data Analyst F/H</p><br><br><p>CDI</p><br><br><p>Ingénieur & Cadre</p><br><br><p>Temps complet</p><br><br><p>Intégrez le Service Data, Compliance et Performance au sein de la Direction Excellence Opérationnelle et Digitalisation rattachée à la direction des achats Hors Production (Safran Purchasing) du groupe SAFRAN. Vous serez au cœur de projets stratégiques dédiés à la digitalisation et à la modernisation du reporting décisionnel. Vous participerez à la transformation digitale de la direction dans une ambiance collaborative, avec de réels enjeux Data qui contribue à notre efficacité, à l'innovation, l'amélioration continue et la conformité.<br>Vos missions seront :<br>• Concevoir, faire évoluer et documenter les dashboards et leurs modèles de données sous-jacents sous Power BI Services en étant force de proposition<br>• Préparer des données variées pour leur migration et leur injection dans des applications en production<br>• Réaliser et mettre en œuvre des scripts de nettoyage, de mise en qualité et de fiabilisation des données<br>• Rédiger des cahiers des charges fonctionnels pour faire réaliser les Robotic Process Automations (RPA) nécessaires pour assurer la continuité des flux de données<br>• Assurer et surveiller le RUN des différents outils et pipeline en place pour garantir le maintien opérationnel des applications et reportings en production<br>• Mener des analyses structurées et approfondies pour comprendre et résoudre les incidents qui pourraient survenir. Mettre en œuvre et piloter les actions corrective et préventives</p><br><br><p>Compétences outils<br>• Power BI Desktop / Service<br>• Python<br>• Notions API / flux / fichiers plats<br>• Excel avancé<br>• Une connaissance de Dataiku est un plus<br>• Une connaissance des bases SQL est aussi un plus<br>Compétences projet<br>• Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience Data pour le compte des Métiers Achats, Supply Chain ou Marketing/Ventes<br>• Vous maitrisez les fondamentaux de la gouvernance de la données, le catalogage, la data quality.<br>• Animation d'ateliers métier, préparation et validation des comptes rendus<br>• Formalisation de besoins fonctionnels (collecte des besoin métiers, synthèse, organisation des arbitrage, validation)<br>• Suivi d'incidents et de risques.<br>Vous serez basé à Casablanca et travaillerez principalement en collaboration avec le chef de projet digitalisation, le Data Manager et les acheteurs de la direction.<br>Déplacements fréquents à Malakoff (France) à prévoir.<br>Soft skills<br>• Bilingue en français<br>• Anglais courant à l'écrit et à l'oral<br>• Expériences dans le pilotage de projets et la conduite du Change Management<br>• Autonomie avec un sens du Reporting<br>• Orienté amélioration continue<br>• A l'écoute, ouvert et pédagogue<br>• Méthodique, rigoureux et pragmatique.<br>• Sens du service, excellent relationnel avec aisance en fonctionnement transverse<br></p><br><br><br> </div>

Job : <p>Reporting to the QHSE Manager, you will be the link for the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policy in the field. As such, your main responsibilities will be to:<br>Lead the HSE approach on a daily basis with operational teams;<br>Identify and assess Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) risks in collaboration with field teams;<br>Manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure its proper use;<br>Ensure the management and updating of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for chemical products;<br>Participate in writing and updating OHS procedures;<br>Monitor HSE indicators and provide regular reporting;<br>Conduct internal audits regarding health and safety;<br>Contribute to the site's regulatory compliance;<br>Participate in the development of prevention plans, work permits, and safety protocols;<br>Contribute to the analysis of accidents and incidents, and monitor the implementation of corrective actions;<br>Create and distribute visual awareness materials (posters, safety flash, instructions, etc.).</p><br><br> <br> Required profile : <p>With a Bac +2/3 level education in HSE, Health, Safety, and Environment, or equivalent, you ideally have initial experience in HSE leadership in an industrial setting.</p><br><br> <br><br> </div>
