JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the daily shift operations of Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club and, if applicable, Laundry. Assist the Executive Housekeeper in planning and organizing the housekeeping department, all public areas, guest rooms, laundry and linen. <h2 class="h5">وصف العمل</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> النطاق  مدير منتج الشحن الجوي مسؤول عن قيادة المنتج عملياً وتجاريًا عبر البلاد. يضمن التخطيط الفعال والتوجيه والتنسيق للأنشطة. يضمن التحسين المستمر في خدمة العملاء من خلال توضيح توقعاتهم وإدارة تنفيذ ممارسات العمليات وخدمة العملاء اللازمة. يحفز الحوار المفتوح مع جميع الموظفين التشغيلين، وقوة البيع والإدارة لتحقيق أفضل أداء وتوافق الأهداف والاستراتيجيات والتكتيكات لتحقيق تلك الأهداف. يحفز من خلال القيادة الواضحة والإرشاد فضلاً عن الحوار الصادق وإدارة موظفين نشطة وفعّالة وبناء فريق، وهو يدفع ويدعم تحسين الربحية المستمر من خلال تحسين العمليات وإعادة تصميمها. يراقب الحوادث الاستثنائية ويجري تحقيقاً في الحادث مع الإجراء التصحيحي الموصى به المسؤوليات استراتيجي: •تطوير وتنفيذ الاستراتيجية التجارية لمنتج الشحن الجوي في المغرب . •إدارة وتطوير مقدمي الخدمة لدعم الشراء الأمثل للخدمة •أفضل استجابة ممكنة لطلبات RFQs و RFIs. •تشغيل متوافق تماماً. •تحقيق هدف الشحن الجوي المالي تكتيكي: العمليات •وضع وتنفيذ الخطة التشغيلية لتحقيق أهداف العمل في المغرب. •قيادة الكفاءة التشغيلية لضمان تحسن أداء الأعمال . •دعم وإرشاد فريق عمليات البيع في المغرب •إعداد وتنفيذ ومراقبة وتحديث خطة العمل للمغرب بانتظام  •المهارات والمعرفة للحصول على التعاون والدعم من الجهات الأصلية والمنافذ هو محور التركيز . •إقامة علاقات ممتازة مع الشركات الناقلة والموردين والجهات المحلية. •مراقبة وتحسين مؤشرات إنتاج القسم •غرس وتطوير مناخ الاتساق والامتثال الكامل •التركيز على الرقمنة وغيرها من الحلول الإبداعية لتحسين الكفاءة والدقة •قراءة ومراجعة المنشورات التجارية ومجلات التجارة وحضور فعاليات الصناعة بانتظام لتعزيز المعرفة بالسوق والصناعة . •الالتزام بمؤشرات نزاهة البيانات. العملاء: •لدعم المبيعات واحتفاظ العملاء بنشاط، لقاء العملاء بانتظام لفهم توقعاتهم وتوافق الحلول لتلبية احتياجاتهم . •إتمام 8-10 مكالمات بيع و/أو احتفاظ شهرياً . •القيام بدور الراعي الأساسي لعملاء على الأقل لتطوير الأعمال معهم لجميع المنتجات والخدمات . •تقديم بدائل التسعير وحلول التوجيه والمساعدة الفنية للعملاء بشكل استباقي. •العمل مع فريق العمليات والمبيعات وتوجيههم للرد في الوقت المناسب على الاقتراح أو الاقتباس أو المعلومات وبأسعار تنافسية في السوق . •نمو الأعمال التصديرية في المغرب المالية •مراجعة شهرية لـ Morocco P&L، نتائج الإنتاجية والأهداف . •مراجعة وتحقيق صافي الإيرادات المنتج المخطط والعائد . دعم فريق الشحن الجوي في تطوير خطتهم الاستراتيجية البيعية العمالة: • </div>
